He is an artist and performer with over a decade of experience in mindful movement through contact improvisation, and has experience with Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. He's currently studying Somatic Experiencing and is working to help others live more intentional lives and strengthen connections between body, mind, heart and spirit.
