Settle into a comfortable position.

Close your eyes if that feels safe for you.

Take a slow breath in and let it out gently.

Now bring awareness to the voice inside your mind.

The one that critiques,

Judges,

Or questions you.

You don't need to fight with it.

You don't need to argue with it.

Just notice it as a voice,

Not as a truth.

That voice is not who you are.

It's a learned pattern.

A habit.

Take another breath in.

And as you exhale,

Imagine creating a little space between you and that voice.

You can silently say,

I hear you,

But you don't get to lead.

Now,

Bring your attention to your heart.

Feel its steady rhythm.

From this place,

Invite a gentler voice forward.

One that speaks with kindness,

Steadiness,

And trust.

Let it remind you,

You are doing the best you can.

You are allowed to be human.

Breathe that in.

Let it land.

When you're ready,

Gently return your awareness to the room around you.

You can come back to this calm voice anytime.
