Resonance Breathing (Path)
by JM Py Daniel
Resonance Breathing is a practical tool for practicing the "six breaths per minute" rhythm. By following a five-second inhale and five-second exhale, the listener helps settle their nervous system and align their heart’s rhythm with their breath. The music acts as a supportive guide. For the first six minutes, a metronome marks every second, with a distinct tone every five seconds to help lock in the pace. After this phase, the guidance lightens, leaving only a soft beat at the five-second mark. This allows the practitioner to either stay with the rhythm or return to a natural breath for the rest of the music. It is a straightforward, resonant exercise for anyone looking to use the simple physics of breathing to build a more grounded state of presence. Guided Pathways (path): These tracks act like a map for your meditation. They provide a clear structure and a steady "path" to follow, making it much easier to stay focused from beginning to end.
