Meditation Timer OnlineAngela has been teaching Yoga for over 13 years. She has taught well over a hundred classes, events, retreats, and experiences combined. All are centered around offering gentle reminders of presence, ease, depth, and the unbound connections to all that is within us and around us. She found a whole new form of refuge in her own Yoga, Meditation & Yoga Nidra practice after becoming a busy mother of two. She hopes to bring about healthy coping, nervous system balancing, and reminders of peace and presence via her teaching and offerings. She is RYT 200 trained, certified in Yoga Nidra as well as a background in Holistic Health Coaching.
