Begin by finding a comfortable position that can be seated,
Lying down,

And the space you're in.
By completing this meditation,
You'll experience the profound healing power of your own light.
It can have dramatic effects on your own experience of life and the world around you.
So close your eyes and take a deep breath in,
Fill your lungs completely,
Hold,
And then exhale slowly back out.
Do this a few more times at your own pace,
Allowing your body to soften and settle deeper down each time.
Now let your breath return to its natural rhythm.
Just let that air flow in and out without any effort.
Relax your face,
Unclench your jaw,
And soften your shoulders.
Now,
Bring your awareness to the space immediately above your head,
And visualize a soft,
Shimmering light hovering there,
Right above you.
This is the light of life,
Pure,
Loving,
Protective.
Notice its color and its glow.
Feel it radiate warmth,
Like sunlight,
Easing any stress or tension from your body.
With your next inhale,
Imagine this healing light gently descending into your body.
Let it move into your forehead,
Your temples,
And your jaw,
Melting away all of the tension and stress from your face.
Let it spread into your neck and shoulders,
Softening and releasing everything.
Feel the light continue to travel down through your arms and into your hands,
Filling each cell with warmth and ease.
And then it moves into your chest,
Filling your heart with love and light.
Allow it to spread even further down into your hips,
Through your legs,
And all the way to your feet and toes.
Notice how your entire body is now embraced in the healing light of life,
Every inch,
Every cell.
Now,
Center your awareness in your heart space.
Feel the light emanating and glowing the brightest from here.
With each breath you take in,
It grows and expands.
And with each breath you let out,
It expels any tension,
Any worries,
Any pain.
And through this process of expansion and release,
The light heals all emotional wounds.
It replaces pain with compassion,
Forgiveness,
And self-love.
Not only does it heal your physical body,
But also your mind,
Your spirit,
Your entire being.
And as you breathe and continue expanding that light,
It begins to grow outward from your heart,
Surrounding your whole body in a radiant bubble.
It glows with the same loving energy you hold inside.
Let this light fill the space around you,
Your room,
Your home,
Transforming everything it touches into a sanctuary of peace,
Healing,
And love.
Now,
Imagine it stretching even farther out,
Touching your loved ones,
Your community,
And the entire world.
See every person who it touches receiving calm,
Comfort,
And healing.
And feel this deep connection to all beings.

Let that sense of love and unity rest in your heart.

Take one final deep breath in,
Collecting all of this positive energy of your own inner healing light.
And then exhale,
