Unlike a new moon that brings new beginnings, a full moon is a combination of energy, fruition, completion, celebration, and a way of shedding and letting go! Let this class take you on a meditative journey to cleanse and heal yourself from the inside out and invite the energy of the full moon into your heart.

Find yourself in a comfortable seated position and close your eyes.

Your hands can be resting on the earth,

On your body.

You can bring your right hand to your belly and your left hand to your heart.

Whatever feels natural and comfortable for you.

Take a moment to tune in here and notice the sensations in your body.

As you inhale,

Fill up your body with light and as you exhale,

Send away your tension.

Inhale,

Fill up your body with good energy.

Exhale,

Send away what does not serve you.

Allow the light and energy to flow throughout all four limbs of the body.

Warming you from the inside out.

Connect with your breath in through your nose,

Out through your mouth.

Reflect on the past month.

Think of the good habits you picked up and the bad habits that you let go of.

Write down one good habit you began or continued doing.

And write down one bad habit you started or want to stop.

Reflect on the past month.

Choose one thing that you want to let go of.

Maybe you want to let go of fear of change,

Grief,

Shame,

Belief that you're not good enough,

Comparing yourself to others,

Fear of missing out,

Worry about money,

The need for approval from others,

Fear of criticism or judgment,

Unrealistic standards of beauty,

Past hurts,

Sadness in your heart.

Whatever it is,

Whatever you need to release or cleanse yourself of,

Write it down on a piece of paper.

Breathe deep into your heart and declare,

I now release blank and so it is.

Let the universe handle it from here.

You can say this aloud or quietly to yourself.

You need to repeat this again and again.

Let the universe handle it from here.

With every inhale,

Fill yourself up with power and strength.

And with every exhale,

Envision the bad things being sent away from you.

Further and further with every exhale,

Until it disappears.

Imagine your life from this full moon to the next,

Having let go of that bad thing.

What does your life look like since you freed yourself from this burden?

Choose a mantra for yourself to power over the negative release and write it down.

For example,

I released blank and it no longer holds power over me.

I am not afraid to let go of blank and in its place,

I receive joy,

Love and abundance.

As I release the baggage of my past,

I grow into a higher truer version of myself.

Bring your right hand to your heart and your left hand to your belly and thank yourself for all of your hard work.

Thank yourself for your effort every day.

Let your muscles feel your gratitude.

Let your heart feel the weight that has been lifted.

Let your body rest in this present moment.

Imagine a big bubble of light surrounding you completely.

Then imagine that light bubble filling up your whole room and now it's filling up your whole house.

And even more to fill the whole city with goodness and peace.

Take a deep breath in,

Filling up your body with light and good energy.

Exhale,

Send away what doesn't serve you.

Inhale,

Fill up your lungs and your belly with air.

Exhale,

Release.

Inhale.

Exhale.
