This is a meditation with Tracy Chambers to meet your intuition.
So just find yourself somewhere comfortable to sit or lie down,
Get yourself nice and cosy,
Make sure that you won't be interrupted for the next 10 minutes.
Gently close your eyes and focus on your breath.
Breathe in nice big deep breaths in through your nose and exhale nice long breaths out through your mouth.
Continue doing this as you feel your body relax.
Feel your body sink down into your chair or your bed,
Feel your shoulders loosen,
Let your arms slump down in your lap or by your side,
Unclench your jaw,
Feel your body so relaxed now,
Deeply relaxed.
Now imagine yourself walking down 10 steps.
These 10 steps lead down to a lovely path,
There are 10 beautiful stone steps in a garden leading down to a beautiful garden path.
As I count down from 10 you feel yourself going down each step,
Going deeper and deeper relaxed,
10 and 9 deeply relaxed,
8 and 7 deeply relaxed,
6 and 5 deeply relaxed,
4 and 3 deeply relaxed,
2 and 1 deeper,
Deeper relaxed.
You are now deeply relaxed.
You follow that lovely path through some beautiful green trees like a magical forest.
The path winds around beautiful flowers and big rocks and as you follow that beautiful path it now crosses a little running stream,
You can hear the trickle of water going down the stream over the rocks and you keep walking,
You keep on walking along that beautiful beautiful path and you come around a bend in the path and in front of you,
You see a beautiful round pool of fresh water,
Fresh sparkling crystal clear water and you kneel down next to the pool,
There is a cushion there already waiting for you to kneel on,
It's a beautiful soft cushion,
So you kneel down on the cushion and you look into that pool of water,
You are just drawn to look into the water and when you look into that water you see on the surface of the water,
You see an image sitting on the surface like a picture and that image is your intuition,
You've come here to meet your intuition and there she is sitting on the surface of the water,
You see exactly how she looks,
You take a good look at how she looks and she smiles at you and she says to you some words of wisdom and you know you remember those words of wisdom after this meditation,
You remember them easily.
So as you look at her,
She shares some guidance with you,
Take a minute to listen to the guidance,
Now as you're looking at that image on the surface of the water,
The water starts to ripple slightly like a breeze is gently blowing across the surface and when the water stills again you notice that what you can see now on the surface of the water is a reflection and the reflection is you,
That is you you can see on the surface of the water and you realize that your intuition is you,
It's already a part of you,
You realize that what you saw the image you saw on the surface of the water was a part of you and now you see the whole you looking back at you in the reflection of the water,
You can't believe it,
You're so happy because your intuition has already been a part of you and now you know it and you can see that your intuition and you are one,
Oh my gosh you are so excited that you flick up some water,
You splash around in the water and you get up from that beautiful soft cushion and you dance around that pool of water,
You are so happy and so relieved to know that your intuition was always inside of you all of this time and now you know it is a part of you and now you have a beautiful guided message to help you on your path forward,
You take a minute and you pause in your dance and you look up at the sky and you close your eyes and you feel a connection,
A deep deep connection to everything that is,
To consciousness itself and you feel it running through you,
You feel that your intuition is part of that,
You feel that your intuition and consciousness is part of you,
You are all one and your heart your heart feels so so happy,
It has opened up,
It is filled with joy and love because you've just accepted another part of yourself,
All of you is filled with joy and love you open your eyes and you do a few more laps of the pool dancing,
You dance with sheer joy,
Joy that you've realized that intuition is and was a part of you,
Always has been and you make a little promise to your intuition now,
You promise that from now on you will listen to your intuition because now you know it's there and it's always been there,
That makes you even happier and you dance around a little bit more because it's just so exciting and your heart is so full of love,
You feel amazing,
It's just such a relief to know that your intuition was and is always a part of you and from now on you're going to listen to your intuition,
That's so exciting,
So now it's time to come back,
Back along the path to now,
You follow that path,
You dance along the path for a little while,
You skip along the path for a little while and then you start walking,
You walk around the bend again,
You cross the little stream of water and you continue past the beautiful forest,
Through the beautiful flowers,
Past the big rocks and you come back to the steps and as you climb those steps I'm going to count backwards from five to one and as you're climbing the steps when you reach to the top step you'll come back into your full awareness,
Five,
Coming back now,
Four,
Climbing those steps feeling good,
Three,
Feeling your toes now giving him a wiggle,
Two,
Feeling your whole body now as you climb those steps,
One,
Open your eyes and come back into the room
