Verse Of The Kesa English | Vast Is The Robe Of Liberation

Please take a quiet time for this practice. Verse of the Kesa is an ode to the Buddha's robe or (o)kesa. Before putting on the kesa, we place it above us, on our head, reciting the Takkesa no Ge three times.

Vast is the robe of liberation
The formless Field of Benefaction
I wear the Tathagata's Teaching
Saving all Sentient Beings.
