So the first thing we're gonna do is just sit down and see if you can relax,
See if you can start noticing your breathing in through the nose and out through the nose and relax your jaw,
Relax your shoulders,
Let them fall back and down.
Soften your hips,
Let go in the glute muscles,
Relax your legs all the way down to your feet.
And with this breathing,
We're going to count and I'm gonna count the first count is gonna be breathing in and then we're gonna hold our breath and then we're gonna exhale and then we're gonna hold our breath at the exhale.
So dive in,
