Thank you for joining us.
We're happy to be here.
Please close your eyes and let your breathing be easy and relaxed but full.
Decide you're willing to relax into disrupting the rhythm of your brain and how it runs your day.
Let your breathing be a little slower than your brain thinks it should be.
And be aware of how this breath is moving in and out of your body.
Decide that during our time together today you're willing to release stress and tension that's come up today in the last few days as well as the energies of other people that may have come to you or you may have picked up.
Realize that you cannot use any of those energies to tell you who you are and be healthy and happy.
So just set the intention that you're willing to release those things during our time together today.
Now please and as you are breathe in and out please scan your body and notice what's happening in your body.
Notice what's going on if a muscle has been speaking to you through tightness or being a little pulled a little sore.
If there's a bruise or something that hurts.
If an organ isn't speaking to you whether digestive or otherwise.
What your skin feels like right now be aware of that please scan your body.
Decide that you are willing to on a daily basis listen to your body.
Circumvent the logic of the mind that says that your body is a machine that's always going to break down and you are going to be in trouble.
Circumvent that logic to be aware every day of what your body is doing and saying to you.
This is challenging for most people.
Given that you have been trained to see the body as a machine that serves the purposes of your mind or breaks down and refuses to serve the purposes of your mind.
Now please send chords from the bottoms of your feet and your root chakra deeply down into the earth and on your inhales breathe the energy of the earth up into your body thanking the earth for always being available to you for this purpose.
The more that you express gratitude for what does support you the more support can get in.
The earth is unwavering.
The earth's support for you is a constant.
Daily thank the earth for being available to you.
That the earth,
Its consciousness,
Its energy is willing to share with you so that you can become more sane,
More healthy and happy and evolve spiritually to do what you came here to do as a soul.
This is part of the earth's mission.
It's to hold space for you and support you in this way unwaveringly.
Breathing the energy of the earth fully up into your body.
On your inhales,
On your exhales gently begin to open your fourth chakra,
Relax it open and allow a little bit of this energy to come out.
It may open quickly with a lot of energy wanting to come out but it may not but just allow it to open.
This process that we do daily with you and that you need to do on your own daily as well.
This process moves energy.
You know we're saying imagine cords from the bottoms of your feet etc.
Imagine drawing this energy up through your body but imagination makes things happen.
Another thing your linear logical mind is not always sure about.
Your intention matters.
Your intention creates.
The energy you emit creates and when you imagine your intentions can create things you haven't seen before.
Can create in ways you haven't yet experienced.
Can muster and marshal and draw support to you that you didn't imagine existed.
Imagining your goals,
Imagining support coming to you.
These things open doors and these things move energy and every single thing that is stuck in your field that you would experience as a fear or pain or regret or shame from the past or fear of the future.
Every single thing that is stuck in your field can be moved or at least begin to move through doing this kind of breath work.
Breathing the energy of the earth fully up in your body for the duration of our call today except when otherwise instructed.
Decide please that you are willing to relax right now.
That you don't need protection from anything inside you or in your environment right now.
Decide that you are safe.
Decide that you are also willing to receive the supporting guidance from your own guidance team even if you don't know who they are or haven't worked with them consciously.
And please decide to let them know.
Well thank them in advance and let them know that you're willing to learn the language they use to communicate with you.
Again willingness and imagination and moving energy and the breath and being aware of the body.
These things will change your life if you do them daily.
We want to train you to change your life for the better.
So thank your guides in advance and let them know you're willing to receive their support now and going forward.
Call them to you again even if you don't know who they are.
Now please decide if you're willing to receive energy work tonight.
Two things.
The first thing is that you are willing to be altered and affected by the vibration coming through the channel's voice.
And also if you are willing to receive energy work directly in other ways decide that you are willing to allow Jehudi and Metatron and Tom the channel,

To do energy work for you tonight.
For those of you who have said yes we're beginning in about five seconds to send the first bit of energy and then we will proceed.
Activating the root chakra.
Also imagine your root chakra spinning gently.
Activated.
Breathing the energy of the earth fully up into your body.
Breathe it up to your root.
Decide you're safe and then up to your heart and open the heart.
Do that process.
A few breaths here.
Knowing that you are safe enough to relax to receive support.
You think about it,
These beings are always trying to help you.
On this end,
Those who are speaking,
As well as your own guidance team,
Always trying to help you.
But if you don't feel safe we can't get through to you.
If you're not willing to listen to the messages of your body we can't get through to you.
If you're not willing to relax nothing can happen that helps you.
And you might say where am I not asking for help?
Realize if you're asking for help and it's not there in some form then you are vibrating a frequency of fear but you might not realize it when you are asking for help.
This is why we recommend a process like this daily to get in the body and open the heart.
Acknowledge and be grateful for the help that is there.

Letting this energy emit from your body.
I want you to decide that you are willing to be compassionate with all parts of you no matter what you are thinking,
Saying,
Or doing,
Or feeling.
Now I want you to think of something that you have not been able to forgive.
Most of the things that are obvious will be because of other people but if it's something that you have done you can't forgive yourself for that is fine too.
Consider something you have not been able to forgive.
I want you to state that you are willing to your guides and to us that you are willing to learn to work through this.
Now we are activating the fourth chakra as you exhale.
Breathe in through the root and exhale through the fourth,
The heart chakra.
We're going to activate both chakras simultaneously and work on forgiveness.
The first step is always willingness.
Decide once again that you are willing to learn how to work through this issue and forgive.
Decide that you are willing over the next few days to receive insights from different personality or sub-personalities within you.
We would say parts of you or inner kids or other life parts.
Different sub-personalities.
You are willing to receive insight from your own guides and from your body and from any other helpful beings that might be a hanging around attempting to help you with things.
Say that for the next three or four days you are willing to receive insights about what this painful situation served in your journey.
Once again decide that you are open to receiving insights and clarity on what this painful situation that you have not been able to forgive,
Whether from self or other.
You are willing to see it from a new vantage point.
You are willing to see what purpose it serves in your learning journey.
In breathing in through the root and out through the heart,
Decide once again that you are safe and that everything is fine in this moment.
Decide you are safe enough that you can relax and you don't need protection.
You don't need protection from that thing happening again or that choice that you might make again.
Realize that this thing you have not been able to forgive occupies a place in your consciousness and it is a cautionary tale.
Well we don't want to be like that or we don't want to encounter that again.
Realize that this is fear.
When you know that you're safe because you are creating safety,
You are vibrating it as we do on these calls together today,
This month,
All these calls we do together and all the channeling work the channel does bringing us through.
When you know that you're safe,
You know that you don't need to fear what you may do next or what others may do to you.
You become more present,
Engaged in the moment,
Willing to say yes and no when appropriate.
Yes please and no thank you is how we often describe this.
Decide once again that you do not need protection from yourself or anybody else.
Relax that fourth chakra and your exhales open even a little more.
You are deciding to relax.
You're not choosing a diversion that you believe that your mind believes relaxes you.
You are not simply interrupting the rhythm of your normal life which may not be that relaxing all the time.
You are intentionally inserting this process to choose to open and relax.
Realize that when you know that you're safe,
Even if you have a busy schedule,
You'll be much more relaxed than you have been in the past,
Wondering what's going to happen.
Please decide that you are willing to see all that comes to you in your life and all that exists in your life as serving a purpose that is good,
Even if you don't know yet what it is.
Activating still the first and the fourth chakras.
You continue please breathing in through the first,
Up into your body fully,
Out through the fourth chakra,
Knowing that you are safe enough to be compassionate and relax.
Call up this memory or this image,
The idea of what it is that's been hard to forgive or you haven't been able to yet,
Call that up in your mind,
That situation.
If it's another person,
Okay,
Then that person's face or the situation.
If it's you,
Just remember what it was and what it feels like.
I want you to decide that you are willing to feel all that goes with this situation.
That you are willing to feel the painful feelings,
Whether about self or other.
You're willing to feel regret,
Embarrassment,
Shame.
That you're willing to feel all the things about it that nobody would ever want to feel.
Decide you're willing right now.
Decide you're strong enough to be compassionate with all parts of you,
No matter what you are feeling,
No matter what you have experienced,
No matter what they may complain about or wonder or fear about.
We must be willing to feel what we don't want to feel in order to move through it.
When you have a situation that follows you around or you can't figure out what to do with,
It is normal and natural to want to shelve it or try to shove it,
Sweep it under a rug or shove it down into a basement.
You sometimes don't know what to do with particular pain and feelings that go with it,
Fear,
Doubt,
Shame,
Regret,
Embarrassment,
Whatever.
But I want you to realize that when you are open,
You become vulnerable and things will hurt you.
But I want you to know that you're strong enough to handle what may hurt you.
I don't want you,
Your soul does not want you,
Your guides do not want you,
To navigate the world as a series of situations from which you may need to protect yourself.
This is not love,
This is not your divine true nature.
Changing your vibration will change the world around you and that will change the world.
You're living in a world where people don't feel safe and people don't know what to do with their pain and other feelings,
Their fear.
You're living in a world full of people who are trying to figure out how to forgive something so they are not burdened by holding on to it.
Imagine a world in which millions and billions of people intended to become willing to forgive no matter what it takes.
Imagine a world full of people using their divine power through imagination and intention,
Through getting grounded and knowing they're safe to relax and receive support.
They knew they weren't alone if they understood painful situations as part of the human journey,
Not as a punishment from an unhappy God or something like this.
Not as karmic retribution,
Which it certainly is not.
There's no punishment.
You are a goddess and God learning how to be human,
Making choices and dealing with the consequences,
Including learning how to deal with feelings.
Continue breathing the energy of the earth fully up through your root and your feet and up through your heart.
Relax that heart open just a little more.
Continue relaxing that heart open.
Decide that in this moment everything is fine and that you are safe to relax,
To receive support,
And to shed what no longer works for you.
I want you,
As you decide you're willing to feel those feelings,
I want you to let some of them come up and I want you to feel the shape of what it is like to hold on to something you have not been able to forgive.
Even after we're done this evening with our session and the recording or the audio stops and the phone call ends,
I want you to be with the feelings and understand the shape and contour of what it is that you have not been able to forgive.
I want you to step into it while grounded.
I don't want your brain to kick in so that you are judging and cycling through and regretting and what-if-ing.
I want you to,
From this grounded place,
Be willing to feel and invite all parts of you to come to the surface to speak with their through their feelings.
They speak with feeling.
And I want you to decide that you are strong enough to be compassionate with all parts of you.
I want you to realize that no matter what has happened to you,
Your power is through forgiveness of that thing.
If you can accept that it has happened in your life for a reason,
Whether a choice of yours or an action of somebody else in your life or upon you,
I want you to realize that you must step into it but also that nobody's ever told you that you are in fact goddess and God.
You are divine power.
Divine power incarnate,
Which is love.
You are love incarnate.
Will you activate that part of you to heal what it is you have carried?
So even as we finish up here in a few minutes,
You are invited to stay in that space and feel what it is that's been held on to,
Knowing that you are strong enough to move through it with love and compassion and acceptance.
If it has to do with another person,
Realize this soul is in cahoots with your soul.
If it has to do with you,
Realize you are learning about making choices to go from fear into love,
As is everybody else.
If it is about somebody else,
What they have done to you,
Look at that person as a divine being in the same position that you and every other human is,
Which is learning how to make choices to go from fear into love and deal with the consequences of making choices.
Treat yourself on par with those other people.
Look at each of you as divine beings learning.
And I guarantee you,
If you need to speak the truth and somebody else is hurt,
That person needs to grow,
Be stimulated into growth through that hurt.
If somebody needs to tell you the truth and it hurts you,
You are in a position of needing to be so triggered.
Do everything you can to accept these truths.
Feel what you're feeling and decide you're strong enough to respond with compassion.
You don't fear,
You don't shame,
You don't judge what you're feeling.
This is what we're talking about.
You just hold space for the feeling.
You anger,
You cry it out.
Somehow you move through it.
Perhaps you journal,
Perhaps you discuss it with a loved one,
Perhaps you stare out the window and think of it differently,
Look at it through a new lens,
But work through it.
This is your power.
No matter what has happened to you,
Your power is in activating love,
Compassion,
Generosity,
Compassion,
Support,
Oh,
Compassion,
Love,
Compassion.
This is your power.
