Welcome to this Theta healing meditation designed to help you find calm and peace amidst stress and anxiety.

To begin ensure you are in a comfortable and quiet space where you won't be disturbed.

You can either lie down in a relaxed position allowing your body to settle comfortably or sit in a chair.

Close your eyes gently and take some deep breaths directing your focus and energy into your heart space.

As you continue to breathe deeply into your heart space bring your awareness to the sensation in your body.

With each breath visualize a stream of energy flowing down through your body,

Down through to the sole of your feet,

Bringing that energy through the waters,

Down to the crust of the earth,

To the center of the earth,

Grounding you deeply into Mother Earth.

Now we're going to draw up that energy from Mother Earth,

Allowing it to flow through the waters into the sole of your feet.

Continue running the energy up to the base of your spine and then further up your spine out to the top of your head.

From here expanding the energy out towards encompassing the space around you.

Expanding that energy out to the building that you're in,

Out to the street,

The suburb,

The state,

The country.

Expanding that energy out through the sky,

Past the clouds,

The planets,

Past the Milky Way and past the stars.

Going through layers and layers of light,

Going from darkness to light,

Darkness to light,

Darkness to light and going through many,

Many more layers of light.

Keep heading further and further,

Further and further.

Keep going until you reach this vibrant golden mist,

Which is where the Ascended Masters,

Your guides,

Jesus,

Buddha,

The Archangels,

Your angels,

Reside.

And we're going to keep expanding further and further,

Further and further.

Keep expanding further and further and into a rainbow jelly-like substance.

And this is the universal laws,

The laws of gravity,

The law of time,

The law of space,

The law of truth and the law of attraction.

Keep expanding further and further,

Further and further into a pink jelly-like substance.

And this is the law of compassion.

And we're going to grab as much compassion as we need for ourselves.

And we're going to keep expanding further and further,

Further and further.

And keep expanding until you're surrounded by this beautiful iridescent white light,

Basking in its warmth and love.

Keep expanding further and further until you can't expand any further.

And feel the unconditional love flowing down through all the planes,

Through the top of your head,

And filling every cell in your body,

Every aspect of your being,

Across all belief levels,

Lifetimes and languages.

Now I'm going to ask Creator to send the energy down once again,

Through the planes,

Through the top of your head,

Running the energy all the way down to the sole of your feet.

And as the energy is running down through the sole of your feet,

It's pushing and clearing any emotional and energetic blockages,

Stresses,

Anxieties and fears from your body and mind,

Starting from your head.

Clearing any energy blocks,

Fears,

Anxieties and stresses,

Pushing the energy all the way down past your head,

Your nose,

Your mouth,

Chin,

Throat,

Neck,

Shoulders,

Arms,

Forearms,

Elbows,

Hands,

Abdomen,

Pelvis,

Hips,

Thighs,

Knees,

Calves,

Shin,

Ankles,

Feet.

And pushing that energy all the way out to the sole of your feet and sending all those unwanted energies up to Creator on the seventh plane to be changed with unconditional love.

And as the energy is flowing through you,

Feel a sense of tranquility and calmness wash over you.

With each breath,

Inhale peace and exhale the tension,

Allowing yourself to feel fully relaxed and let go.

And we take a moment to affirm your readiness to receive the healing energy by saying yes,

Either silently or out loud.

And take a few more deep breaths,

Savouring the feeling of relaxation that fills you from head to toe.

Now I'm going to ask Creator to send the energy down once again through the top of your head,

Running the energy all the way down through to the sole of your feet,

Grounding you deeply into Mother Earth.

And drawing white light up from Mother Earth,

Running it all the way up through the sole of your feet to the base of your spine.

And as the energy runs up through your spine and out to the top of your head,

Feel the energy flowing through you,

Cleansing,

Energising and balancing each of your chakras as it moves up the body,

Knowing that you are supported and loved unconditionally.

So you're connected to Creator,

Grounded to Mother Earth,

So that all your thoughts,

Energies,

Actions,

Emotions,

Communication and intuition comes from the seventh plane with unconditional love.

And this healing is given to you at this time.
