Let's take some deep breaths into our heart space.
With the next breath we take it down to the sole of our feet,
Running the energy down deep to the centre of the earth,
Where Mother Earth is,
And we're going to draw up white light from Mother Earth up through the sole of our feet,
Running that energy up to the base of our spine and from there we run that energy out to the top of our head.
We're going to visualize a ball of light and we're placing ourselves safely and gently in that ball of light,
And we're going to visualize ourselves floating up safely in this ball of light,
Up in the sky,
Past the clouds,
The planets,
The Milky Way,
The stars,
Through layers and layers of light and more layers and layers of light,
And we're going to go through many many layers of light.
Keep going up higher and higher through lots of layers of light and in the distance we'll see a golden mist and a head towards that golden mist and go through the golden mist and this is where all the Ascended Masters,
Your guides,
Jesus,
Buddha,
The Archangels,
All the angels,
The Ascended Masters reside on this plane.
Now we're going to keep going higher and higher and directly into a rainbow jelly-like substance which is the laws,
The laws of the universe,
The laws of substance which is the laws,
The laws of gravity,
The law of time,
The law of music,
The law of truth,
All the laws reside here.
Now we're going to keep ascending higher and higher into a pink mist which is the law of compassion and we're going to grab as much compassion as we need for ourselves and we're going to keep going higher and higher.
In the distance you'll see a door,
We're going to head towards that door and go through that door and we're going to keep ascending higher and higher,
Going as high as we can go until we're surrounded by this beautiful iridescent white light.
When you can't go any further you're surrounded by this beautiful,
Beautiful iridescent white light and unconditional love is sent down from the seventh plane,
Through all the planes,
Through the top of your head,
Filling every cell in your body,
Every area of your life,
On all your belief levels,
Lifetimes and languages.
And it is here that we're going to ask creator just to release any wayward spirits,
Psychic hooks,
Entities,
Energy vampires that surround us,
That we no longer need and no longer want to be attached to us.
I'm just going to ask creator pull all that out from inside us and our auric field and send it all off to God's light and it's being released on all levels to God's light.
And here we're going to ask creator just to balance out all our hormones,
Our vitamins,
Our minerals,
Lipids,
Amino acids,
Proteins,
Our blood count,
Fluid levels,
All our operating systems,
Our organs and senses,
Perfect health and any excess in any heavy metals,
Bacteria,
Parasites,
Viruses or saturated fats that no longer serves us now.
It's pulled,
Cancelled,
Released and sent to God's light,
Replacing that with the highest and best for our health at this time.
And if you would like to receive this just say yes.
I'm just going to ask creator just to cleanse,
Repair,
Balance and energize all the neurons in our brains.
Balance out our frontal lobe,
Occipital,
Left and right brain.
Cleanse,
Repair,
Balance and energize the pineal gland,
The pituitary gland,
The thymus gland,
The lymphatic glands and all the glands that are in our body to its highest and best.

Running that energy through the top of your head,

Running the energy down through the sole of your feet and grounding you firmly to Mother Earth.

And cleansing,
Clearing,
Balancing and energizing your base chakra,

Your solar plexus chakra,

Running the energy up to your throat chakra,
Your third eye chakra and opening up your third eye and running that energy out to the top of your head to the crown chakra,
Which is the only chakra that's outside of your body system.
And from here we're sending the energy up,
Straight up to the top of your head,
Straight up to the seventh plane to creator.
So we're connected to creator,
Grounded to Mother Earth.
And that all our thoughts,
Energies,
Actions,
Communications,
Emotions and intuition comes on the seventh plane with unconditional love.
And we're asking for a healing at this time.
