To connect with Earth.
Take your meditation position.
Close your eyes.
Start connecting with your breath.
Deep inhale.
Deep exhale.
Observe your body.
How is your body positioned?
What points of your body connect to the ground?
Once you localize the points that are connected to the ground,
Make a deeper connection.
Keep observing your body and your breath.
Keep observing your body.
Keep observing your body.
Keep observing your body.
Feel the ground beneath you.
Feel the earth beneath you.
Connect to the earth.
Start visualizing that from your body roots come out.
And these roots connect you to the earth.
The roots keep growing deeper and deeper.
But it doesn't matter how deep they grow,
You're still connected to your body.
Allow the roots to go to the center of the earth.
Observe what is happening to your body and to your mind.
While the roots grow.
Allow yourself to connect to the element earth.
Feel the element in your body,
In your breath.
Keep connecting to the roots.
Allow your mind and your body to connect to the earth.
Maybe you can even taste the earth in your mouth.
You can even taste the earth in your mouth.
Start letting go the visualization of the roots.
Just connect to your body.
Notice what is happening inside.
How do you feel?
Remain there?
A few moments.
Just observing.
And little by little,
We prepare ourselves to come out from the meditation.
Take deep breaths.
When you're ready,
Open your eyes.
Slowly,
Gently.
