A Radiant Star Begin by standing with your feet shoulder width apart with a slight bend in your knees.
Just feel yourself balanced and centered.
Imagine your feet are the two bottom points of the star.

Focus your attention on the star tips at the soles or bottoms of your feet.
Really feel your feet touching the ground.
You have very powerful chakras or energy centers right there at the soles of your feet.
Chakras are like spinning wheels of energy.
Most people can't see them,
But you can feel them spinning sometimes.
Under your left foot,
Imagine,
Visualize,
And feel a sparkling silver ray of light.
Imagine you are spinning this silvery light round and round in the bottom of your foot.
As you breathe in,
Imagine your breath is pulling this beautiful silvery spinning light up your leg right to the bottom of your spine.

Under your right foot or star tip,

And feel a sparkling golden ray of light.
Imagine you are spinning this sparkly golden light round and round in the bottom of your right foot.

Now let's do both rays of light at the same time.
The sparkling silver white and the golden light.
Feel the silver ray of light spinning at the bottom of your left foot and the sparkling golden ray of light spinning at the bottom of your right foot.
As you breathe in,
Imagine both rays moving up your legs to the base of your spine.
Now,
Imagine,
Feel the sparkling silver and sparkling golden light coming together in a divine dance at the base of your spine.
They start to twist and turn around each other and start to move up your spine in a divine twirling rainbow.
Breathe in and imagine or see with your mind's inner eye these two spirals of light twisting and turning up your spine,
Past your navel,
Past your high stomach,
Past your heart,
Past your throat,
Past your eyes,
Right up into the upper star tip at the top or crown of your head,
And then right out your head where they keep dancing higher and higher,
Further and further,
Forever and ever.
Open your arms out to the side.
Your hands are your other star tips.
So you have five star tips in all.
Two at the bottom of your feet,
Two at your hands,
And one at the top of your head.
Tilt your head,
Your top star tip back just a little,
Not all the way.
Feel the sparkling silver and sparkling golden energy flow from the star tips at your feet,
Up your spine,
And straight out through the star tips at the crown of your head.
Now imagine that beautiful silver and sparkling golden light you sent out the top of your head,
Streaking through space like a laser beam right to Archangel Raphael.
