Coming into a position in which you can get comfortable.
Finding a position in which you can be relaxed.
Get alert.
We'll start by taking some deep,
Slow,
Relaxed breaths.
Letting the body become more relaxed with each exhale.
Wanting yourself to become present in this moment with the breath and the body.
Letting the body become more relaxed with each exhale.
Start by bringing to mind someone in your life whom you're really grateful and thankful for.
Someone that's helped you.
Could be a family member,
Friend,
Colleague,
Someone you don't even know.
Someone whose presence you feel in your life.
Gently in this sense of gratitude.
Letting gratitude be your object of meditation.
This is where you feel it in the body.
Really letting yourself absorb this feeling and let it grow and expand within yourself.
You can silently say to this person in your mind,
Thank you.
And now bringing someone else to mind.
Another person in your life whom you're really grateful for.
It could be someone that's made you feel seen,
Heard.
It could be anyone that's acknowledged you.
Getting a mental image of this person in your mind.
And feeling gratitude and thankfulness within yourself for this person.
And opening to this feeling of gratitude in the body.
And you can silently say to yourself,
Thank you.
And now bring to mind a situation,
Circumstance,
An opportunity,
An experience in your life in which you're really grateful to have or have had.
Letting yourself to feel appreciative and thankful.
Letting this feeling expand and grow within yourself.
Letting yourself to feel appreciative and thankful.
Now letting this feeling of gratitude slowly expand outside of yourself.
Everything in all directions in a boundless and open gratitude.
Letting yourself give yourself over to this feeling of gratitude.
Becoming more and more grateful as a way of being.
Abiding in this sense of appreciation,
Thankfulness,
And gratitude.
And for the last minute,
Savoring this feeling.
Having a sense of enjoyment.
Letting yourself to feel appreciative and thankful.
