This is a piano meditation I previously released. I was asked to do an extended version, and here it is. This piece is designed to have you perform a quiet self-examination of your spirit as you take time to slow down in life. Now that you have done your honest examination and are satisfied with being your true self, it's time to celebrate. I recommend you flow with this music at least once a day to get into the habit of dedicated self-care.
