Let's begin by finding a comfortable position,
Making sure that your spine is aligned.
And that you are fully supported by whatever you are resting on.
Gently bring your awareness towards your breath.
And begin to follow the inhalations and exhalations like waves on an ocean.
Allowing your mind to focus on the gentle diaphragm movements as you breathe in and out.
Visualize a line running from the top of your head,
Your crown chakra.
And follow that line as it extends down your spine,
Through your tailbone,
Between your legs and your feet and beyond your body.
And use this line as a line to orientate your awareness.
Gather your energy and focus your breath as we begin the process of journeying inward and relaxing deeper and deeper levels with each breath.
So as you breathe in,
Become aware of your diaphragm and your belly,
Moving away from your spine as you breathe.
And as you exhale,
Feel that diaphragm muscle contract,
Squeeze the remaining air out of your lungs as the belly moves towards the spine again.
Take a moment to soften but deepen this diaphragm breath.
And the rhythm within your body.
That's it.
With each breath you are becoming more and more relaxed,
Softening and sinking into yourself.
And with each breath become aware of how your mind is also clearing and becoming lighter and more open as you bring your full attention towards the process of breathing and softening your body.

That's it.
Now gently move your awareness up towards your head in the top of your crown as we begin the process of relaxing your muscles with each breath.
You can visualize yourself drawing breath in and as you exhale you can feel the softening of the muscles melting in relaxation from the top of your head all the way down your body.
With each breath all the muscles of your face,
Your eyelids,
Your cheeks,
Your lips,
The tongue and your mouth,
Your jaw softening.
Feel the relaxation moving down your throat,
Down your shoulders and again deepening that relaxation with each breath.
Feeling the softening moving down your arms,
Feel them getting heavier as they are resting on your lap beside your body.
That's it.
Nothing to hold on to here.
And now you are feeling the relaxation spreading down your chest and your back,
Along your spine as all your internal organs sigh with relief as you exhale the stress of your body and your mind.
Continue the relaxation down into your hips,
Into your pelvis,
Sinking into your spine now further and further down into relaxation you go.
That's it.
And following the relaxation as it flows down into your legs,
Your thighs and your knees and your calves and your shins and your ankles and your feet.
That's it.
Feel how your whole body is relaxed,
Your whole body is surrendered to your breath,
Your whole body is feeling lighter and clearer,
Your mind is settled and exhale.

Now gently bring your awareness back to the core center line running along the middle of your body and on your next inhalation you can visualize white light pouring in through your crown,
Flowing down the core center line and spreading into your body filling your being with light,
Beautiful powerful radiance of light.
And as you breathe visualize that light expanding into every cell in your being and every level of your being filling outward from the core center line to your physical body and then moving into your auric field and your emotional levels,
Your mental level and your spiritual levels.
Visualize a powerful radiance of cosmic energy surrounding your being.
With your breath the radiance gets stronger,
Fuller and more expanded and you know that this light that surrounds you both empowers and protects you mentally,
Physically,
Emotionally and spiritually on all levels of your being and you know that this light will surround you and keep you safe on your journey as we begin to explore the other realms,
The sacred circle of light that surrounds you and the positive energies of higher beings that are here to look after you and guide you on your journey.
And know that throughout this experience you are completely safe,
You are completely protected and you may return to your conscious and present state at any time by simple intent alone.

And once again bringing your awareness towards your core center line and moving up towards your forehead where you visualize your thoughts and your energy,
Light as a feather gathering around the core center line and slowly expanding,
Lifting gently as you begin to move your awareness above your body,

Bringing with it a sense of freedom and expansion and so safe and protected.
You feel the empowerment and the light expand around you as we begin the journey of the journey of travelling to another plane.
Destined reaches of the universe are available to you in this form of light that you now find yourself exploring,
Liberated from your biological body and yet connected and safe via a silver cord which will maintain your presence at all times and along which you may return to your physical body at any time by simple intent alone.
As you sense a wondrous communion with the cosmos,
You turn your attention to a distant crystalline plane glowing with pure energy.
You may not see it initially but you may feel the pull of this clear crystalline light,
A wellspring of nourishing cosmic energy calling you for rejuvenation.
Allow yourself to be drawn towards this cosmic light.
As your body continues to breathe gently in and out while your consciousness explores the cosmos,
You can feel the vibrations of this cosmic plane getting stronger and stronger as you are drawn towards it.
And as you enter this plane,
You are immediately enveloped and invigorated by a warmth of this beautiful powerful energy wrapping around you in a luxurious and nourishing presence.

Probing its fathomless depths and its limitless boundaries.
As you explore the incredible pool,

It's time now to ascend out of the pool and slowly you notice a beautiful bejeweled chalice resting on a crystal pedestal at the pool's edge,
Gazing in amazement at its intricate workmanship and exquisite beauty.
You take the chalice from the pedestal and you fill it with water from the pool,
Sparkling and clear and radiant.
Lifting the chalice and pouring its water over your body,
You are thrilled with fantastic pleasure as the water flows so sensuously downward.
Your entire being is saturated with power.
The vast riches of the universe are now at your command.
Remind yourself that whatever you desire can now be yours.
Lifting the chalice towards the universe affirm my thoughts and images of the language of the cosmos.
You can now state your goals,
You can envision them and you can affirm them as present realities.
State each goal specifically,
Envision that goal and affirm that the goal has been achieved.

Feeling the abundance and the glory of this cosmic energy,

Now that you are finished listing your goals,
You are ready to return the chalice to its place on the pedestal and begin the journey home to reunite with your physical body.
And with this intent you begin the process of reuniting with your physical body.
Drawn back to your physical body and that core center line,
You notice your body at rest and you sense yourself gently re-engaging with it.
Slowly slipping back into your body,
Re-engaging and aligning your consciousness with your physical body.
Aligned,
Strengthened and enhanced and radiating with pure cosmic light,
You feel so blessed,
So abundant,
So full of gratitude and love which you can now share in your world with those around you.
Very gently as you begin to reactivate your physical body,
You can slowly wiggle your fingers and your toes and inhale and exhale and slowly feeling the rejuvenation of your physical body as you return to normal everyday consciousness.
Gently when you are ready you can open your eyes,
Finding your way back into the world with a beautiful exhalation back in the world and when you are ready come back into the room.
