Welcome to Innate Healing's guided meditation series.

You are listening to the Balance Meditation.

This meditation is designed to be used as an integral part of your spiritual practice to balance,

Align and harmonize all levels of your being.

During times of stress,

Illness and change we often experience a loss of balance and connection with ourselves and our environment,

Making it vital to remain as centered and aligned as possible to keep life running smoothly and at optimal levels of health and well-being.

Please make sure that you are seated or lying comfortably with your spine aligned and arms resting easily alongside your body.

Put your phone on silent and give yourself space so that you won't be disturbed for the next half an hour or so.

Let's begin now with closing your eyes.

And gently bring your awareness to your breath as we begin the process of going inward.

And very gently and slowly become aware of your inhalations and exhalations like waves of an ocean.

In and out.

In and out.

Become aware of the rhythm of your breath aligning with the rhythm of your heartbeat.

In and out.

Your breath aligning with the rhythm of your soul.

That's it.

Gently and easily.

Initially as you bring your awareness to your diaphragm you may want to place one hand on your chest and one hand on your belly to become aware of which part of your body is moving when you breathe.

As you inhale use your diaphragm muscle to deepen your breath by allowing it to extend outwards away from your spine.

And as you breathe in imagine you are filling your belly with air and expanding into a lovely deep and full breath.

Then as you exhale slowly allow your diaphragm to gently contract and draw back towards your spine as it squeezes the remaining air back out the lungs again.

This is a much deeper,

Fuller,

Anchoring breath.

Gently and slowly.

No forcing.

No rushing.

Find the ease and the flow.

Softening your body as much as possible as you breathe.

And now you can bring your awareness to your core centre line.

A line that runs from the top of your head,

Your crown chakra,

Down your spine,

Through your tailbone and then out between your legs and beyond your feet.

This core centre line is a great orientation point to focus your awareness.

As we continue this process of relaxation.

Using your breath now visualize that as you inhale you are drawing yourself and your energy in towards your core centre line.

Deepening the process of collecting your energy with your breath.

Slowly.

Evenly.

Gently.

With each breath you are gathering yourself towards the core centre line of your energy.

Bringing the energy in through your crown.

And as you exhale allowing the energy to flow down the core centre line to rest and anchor in your pelvis and base.

That's it.

Easily and gently.

And now let us continue the process of relaxing the body further by taking your awareness to the top of your crown.

To begin softening all the muscles of your head and your face.

Relaxing your forehead,

Your eyelids,

Your cheeks,

Your lips,

The tongue and your mouth.

And swallow to relax your throat.

That's it.

Softening with each breath.

And now following the relaxation down your throat and neck as we relax the shoulders.

That's it.

Let them go and feel the weight of your arms gathering as they rest alongside you.

Letting go and relaxing into yourself further.

And now feel that relaxation moving down your shoulders and your shoulder blades down your back.

That's it.

And if you find your mind wandering off just gently bring it back to your breath and the process of relaxing your body.

Now following the relaxation down your chest into your lungs and ribs and take a deep full breath and then exhale.

Yes,

That's it.

Feel your diaphragm soften.

Let go of all your internal organs sinking with each breath deeper and deeper into yourself.

Relax your hips resting more deeply into your pelvis allowing your spine to support you.

Feel the weight of your body being supported by whatever you're resting on.

And exhale.

And relax.

Soften.

There is no need to hold onto anything.

This is your time to let go.

And if you find your mind wandering off just gently bring it back to your breath and this process of relaxing your body.

Now following the relaxation down into your legs,

Down your thighs,

Your knees,

Your calves,

Shins,

Ankles and feet and exhale.

Your whole body is relaxed.

Your whole body is surrendered to your breath.

Now once again bring your awareness slowly up to the top of your head to your crown chakra and you can visualize a pure copper white light pouring in through the top of your head and flowing down along your core center line.

This divine light is powerful,

Pure source love energy and with each inhalation you are drawing this light in and with each exhalation you are channeling the light down into your core center line to infuse with your being.

This copper white light has incredible balancing and harmonizing properties.

It carries the vibration to bring healing,

Clarity,

Alignment,

Centering,

Grounding and balance to all levels of your being.

Using your breath now to channel this light into your energy it can begin to do its work.

So visualize your body like a giant sponge ready and willing to absorb this beautiful,

Powerful,

Balancing light.

And with each breath the light is drawn further downward flowing into your core center line and then expanding outward filling every cell of your body and then moving further outward into all the layers of your being.

And you know that this light both empowers and protects you physically,

Emotionally,

Mentally and spiritually on all levels of your being.

And you know that this light will surround you and keep you safe as you open to deeper layers of your being.

This sacred circle of divine source light surrounds you and is here to look after and guide you.

And you know that this experience you are completely safe and completely protected and that you may return to your conscious and present state at any time by simple intent alone.

But now,

Now is your time to continue to soften and let go as the energy moves gently through your being to wherever it's needed.

You may have a particular intention in mind which is in need of healing,

Balancing or harmonizing.

If you do,

Hold this intention in your mind now as you continue to breathe and allow the light to follow your intention to wherever it's needed.

You may have no particular intention in mind,

Simply wanting to raise your vibration by bringing balance and clarity to your energy as part of a good spiritual practice.

Then set this intention and again let go and continue to soften,

Relaxing with your breath.

You may find that what you are experiencing is painful or difficult for you and you may find it hard to be open to receiving support.

Then ask to be open to receive healing and support.

Set your intention and breathe and relax.

As the light fills your being you may become aware that your whole body is saturated with this beautiful energy.

And now slowly the light begins to extend further outwards from your core filling your auric field,

The energy layers of your being extending beyond your physical vessel.

The light infuses with your emotional,

Mental and spiritual layers spreading the healing,

Balancing and harmonizing vibrations into the more subtle layers of your soul.

Remember to breathe while the light does its work and if your mind wanders off just gently bring it back to your breath and relaxing and softening.

Now rest in silence for a moment as the healing,

Balancing and harmonizing takes place.

Slowly your whole body will begin to feel lighter and clearer,

Your energy softening with ease,

Gentleness and flow.

And once the healing,

Balancing and centering is complete the light will seal,

Ground and protect your energy with a beautiful shield of light surrounding your entire auric field.

Know that this shield will help to keep any unwanted influences and residues at bay while also maintaining your energy within.

And it will build with time getting stronger and more powerful with each meditation that you do.

And now very gently it's time to return to normal everyday consciousness.

Gently drawing your awareness back towards your core center line as we begin the process of reengaging with your physical body.

Being more aligned,

Strengthened and enhanced,

Your mind more settled,

You are radiating with cosmic divine light and you feel so blessed,

So abundant,

So full of gratitude and love which you can now share with those around you.

And slowly beginning to reactivate your physical body,

You can wiggle your toes and have a little stretch and inhale and exhale.

That's it,

Feeling the rejuvenation of your physical body,

The balance and clarity of your emotional and mental bodies,

The connection and radiance of your spiritual body.

Returning back and preparing to find your way back into the world.

Gently now,

In your own time,

You can open your eyes and come back into the room when you're ready.
