This is a breathwork and meditation practice called Prana Dharana, which directly translates to “energy concentration”. This practice is a technique to take in prana (life force energy) that exists infinitely around us into our bodies and concentrate it at the center of the forehead. The center of the forehead is the area where most of us first feel prana manifest physically as vibrations, tingling sensations, or pulsations. This is how we cultivate more pranic (energetic) sensitivity and eventually pranic transmission abilities.
