For the practice of prana dharana.
Come to sit up nice and tall.
Lengthen your spine upwards.
Lengthen the back of your neck and roll your shoulders back.
To begin the practice,
Start with a couple of deep breaths in through your nose and out through your nose.
As you breathe in through your nose Notice the two streams of your breath.
One in through the right nostril and the other in through your left nostril.
Notice.
These two independent streams of the breath.
Through the right nostril,
And the left nostril simultaneously.
These two streams of breath.
Converge at the center of your forehead.
See your breath moving in an inverted V shape.
Through both nostrils.
And converging at the center of your forehead.
As you continue to Move your breath.
In an inverted V shape.
Begin to notice.
The temperature of your breath.
The inhalation.
Versus the exhalation.
Notice.
The temperature of your exhalation.
Is slightly warmer than your inhalations.
Now begin to turn your attention into the deeper layers of your breath.
Beyond the temperature of your breath.
Sense and feel.
The subtle vibrations within the breath.
Peace!
Is the pranic intelligence.
Manifest as vibrations within the breath.
As you inhale.
You draw these vibrations into the center of your forehead.
With every inhalation.
Sense more and more vibration.
Concentrating at the center of your forehead.
As more and more vibration begins to gather at this point at the center of your forehead.
This point.
Begin to Rhythmically pulse.
An almost physical sensation.
At the center of your forehead.
Sense it.
As vibrations,
Pulsations.
Or tingling sensation.
At the center of your forehead.
This sensation.
Is the physical manifestation of Spanda.
Spanda means concentrated field.
Of energy.
Concentrated field of prana.
As you continue to feel these sensations.
Allow your breath.
To fall away slightly.
Allow your breath.
To become a little quieter.
As if you are turning down the volume of your breath.
Now allow your breath.
To completely fall away.
And allow yourself.
To be fully absorbed.
Into this field of energy,
Into the vibrations.
Into the palisades.
Within the center of your forehead.
In an almost breathless state.
Continue to meditate.
At the centre of your forehead.
Now begin to slowly deepen your breath.
As you deepen your breath.
Bring your awareness back to your body.
Maintain this state.
Of awareness.
Keep mind clear.
Body.
Pulsating with prana.
Illuminated Vibrant.
Grounded.
And certain.
Relax your posture.
Lower your chin down slightly.
And whenever you are ready.
Slowly open your eyes.
