Explore MeditationLaura is the Founder of Soulful Yoga in Atlanta, GA. She began practicing yoga more than a decade ago to manage stress. As her practice grew positive transformations took place in her life. She became inspired to teach the sacred science of yoga after her practice guided her to find her own internal strength, courage, balance, confidence, and helped shift the course of her life in a positive direction. She believes a regular yoga and meditation practice has the power to heal, transform, and reunite you with your soul’s calling. Her classes are challenging, but accessible to all levels. She focuses on alignment, safety in the posture, and listening to your body. Laura works in the Atlanta Yoga Community to create yoga scholarship programs. She focuses on bringing the Atlanta yoga community together to give back through yoga. She is an ERYT 200, SUP Instructor, Holistic Nutritionist, Life Coach, wife to her soulmate Bill, mother of 5, lover of all creatures and the natural world.
