Start off by taking a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Let's do that again.
In through your nose and out through your mouth.
On our final breath,
I want you to breathe in as many memories as you can from the day,
Particularly the distressing ones.
I want you to breathe it in with a lot of force and then breathe it out with the same force,
Letting it all go.
We will begin now in through the nose and out through the mouth.
