Thank you for this meditation. I had a profound experience where my mother and father assisted me in releasing the beliefs. I created based on their behaviors when I was an infant. I could feel the energy moving out of my body into the sacred fire. I do feel spaciousness now, and a lightness that hasn't been there before. Deep gratitude.🙇🏻‍♀️💞🙏🏼
