Thank you! This was so helpful! The more I understand ADHD the more I can move forward in my life! I have been really stuck in an avoidance loop with my jewellery business and now I understand why I’m not getting anywhere! I overload my calendar with tasks and then get frustrated when I feel like I don’t get them ticked off. I have decided to focus on one key task per day and when I finish it I will move onto the next one because a crazy list of tasks meant I just didn’t know what task to prioritize!
