Night At The Temple
This music will gently take you through four stages of meditation. It begins by drawing your focus inward, away from external distractions to a state of calm. From here you will gradually sense increased awareness and presence, and eventually "arrive" at a timeless place of deep calm and groundedness. Calmy you then "return", to rise and walk on beyond the last sounds and taking that state of mindfulness and calm with your every step. The music is a carefully composed harmonic soundscape with minimal melody and a gentle flow. The main sounds include bells and woodblock strikes, suggestive of the night sounds of insects and cickadas, flickering of candle-light on temple walls, the randomness of windchimes in the night breeze, and subtle chanting of monks. Best listened to with headphones.
