This music will gently take you through four stages of meditation. It begins by drawing your focus inward, away from external distractions to a state of calm. From here you will gradually sense increased awareness and presence, and eventually "arrive" at a timeless place of deep calm and groundedness. Finally, you calmy return, to rise and walk on beyond the last sounds and taking that state of mindfulness and calm with your every step. The music is a carefully composed harmonic soundscape with minimal melody and a very gentle, constantly evolving flow. The main sounds include airy ambience and warm bell-like sounds evocative of light passing through tree canopies. Best listened to with headphones.
