I wanted to share with you guys what I found.
There were some studies relating very directly boosting your immunity with meditation.
Study from 2016 said the stress reduction and positive effect associated with meditative practices can undo many of the physiological reactions leading to inflammation and reduced immune function brought on by negative emotions and stress.
And then the other statement that I thought was so important is meditation enhances immune function through different mechanisms.
Several studies have shown that different forms of meditation result in an increase in natural killer cells and B lymphocytes.
NK cells are white blood cells that target and kill stressed or abnormal cells,
Playing a role in tumor prevention and serving as an early defense against viral infections.
We're going to take that knowledge and move into our meditation.
Make sure you're on both of your sit bones,
Checking in with the spine,
Elongating from the lower back,
Checking in with the middle back and upper back.
Chest is lifted.
Roll your shoulders back a few times.
Check in with the neck.
Chin is slightly tucked.
Back of the neck is long.
Shoulders up,
Back,
And down,
And also relaxed.
And your hands can be in your lap,
On your knees,
Wherever's comfortable.
Let the head just kind of float on top of all of that.
Taking an inhale through your nose,
Inflating the belly,
Holding.
Exhale,
Chest,
Contracting ribs,
Contracting belly.
Inhale through the nose,
Expanding belly,
Ribs,
And chest,
Holding.
Exhaling,
Contracting chest,
Ribs,
Belly.
Continue like this at your own pace,
Coming back to the slower pace of breath.
Maybe it's familiar by now.
Maybe it's a little bit more challenging today.
No judgments.
Just allow yourself to slow everything down.
Really feeling the breath entering the body on the inhales,
And on the exhales.
Imagine the breath just dissolving anything,
Removing any excess from your body.
Continuing,
Focusing on the breath to begin.
Imagine every inhale fueling your cells,
Boosting your immunity,
Boosting your health and wellness.
And on the exhales,
Waste things no longer necessary are being exited from the body.
If thoughts start to come in,
Let them come in,
Let them float away like clouds.
No attachment and no judgment.
Just observe in the body how things are,
They have a little more space.
Your breaths have become longer,
Allowing you to slow down,
To heal,
To regenerate,
To renew,
Activating parasympathetic nervous system,
And allowing for your intuitive,
Creative mind to have the spotlight.
Just remind your logical brain,
I'll come to you,
Don't worry.

The highest frequency,
The highest possible outcomes for you,
