Welcome to How to Make Aligned and Powerful Decisions Now.

This allows you to receive the wealth,

Health,

Purpose,

And amazing relationships that you desire and deserve.

I'm Marlisa,

And I support and coach generous souls,

Like empaths,

Highly sensitive people,

Which I'm out to rename highly soulful people,

And regular humans.

I help them design life on their terms.

Do you have some sticky decisions hanging around?

Maybe small,

Maybe big.

It could be,

I don't know how to have better boundaries with people,

And stop taking on their feelings.

Or,

How can I love my work more,

Or decide if I should move on?

You may be asking,

How do I create this time and money all the manifestors are talking about?

Here is how.

Are you ready?

You make a decision.

This isn't just any old decision.

It is the one from your future self,

Supported by your core values.

What is my future self?

She,

He,

Is the solid gold version you have for yourself.

To give you an example,

My future self,

She smiles and laughs a lot.

She pauses when asked something,

And answers thoughtfully and actively,

Not reactively.

Her sense of style is warm,

Welcoming,

And unique.

She empowers others by discovering their worth with them,

Laying the foundation brick by brick,

And teaching them wealth creation.

She gets to fly first class.

She knows her resourcefulness,

And that she is always taken care of.

This version of you beckons you to come on over,

To take the leap into the abyss of unknown,

Only to land on a feather bed.

We will talk more about your solid gold future self in a moment.

Now for core values.

We could spend hours talking about this,

But I'm going to condense it into a few minutes.

We carry many voices from our past,

Society,

Gender related,

Our family,

Church,

Our learning styles,

And they can still drive our decisions.

Just look at money and relationships and your history with them.

The confusion,

Possible shame,

The I want but I don't want that you may have with some conflict going on in the chatter in your mind.

We can't move forward when our goal isn't created by us,

By you,

By your soul's mission.

Sometimes our own thoughts,

Feelings,

And inner compass are so buried we don't know our vision.

The what,

Who,

How gets into our head and we start analyzing.

We are going to do a visioning exercise of your solid gold self,

And you just need to be present and feel this.

You can listen to this part again,

So don't overthink it.

There's no how,

Who,

What,

There's no kids or dentist appointment in here,

So you just need to let go.

We're going to take two deep breaths and then you can close your eyes.

Hold for six seconds when you get to the top of your six-second breath.

So breathe in,

Hold,

And breathe out.

One more time.

Breathe in,

Hold,

And breathe out.

Close your eyes if that feels comfortable to you.

You're going to envision your perfect day.

You are awake in bed with your eyes still closed,

Those delicious first moments.

I want you to think of where you live.

Do you live by the beach?

Do you live in a forest?

Do you live in a big city?

What is your bedroom like?

What colors are on the wall?

How do your sheets feel?

Is there someone there with you?

Is there a pet or a child or your partner in bed with you?

As you go and move through your home,

Is it small and minimalistic?

Are there plants,

Flowers?

Is there a big kitchen?

Look around you,

What do you see?

What is your morning routine?

Do you make yourself coffee or a juice?

Get your kids ready for school if you have them?

Feed your pets?

Where do you go after that?

Do you go into an office outside of your home?

Do you work in your home?

What does the first part of your day look like?

The production,

The creation.

Do you work out in the morning?

How do you create connection in the first part of your day?

Do you talk to co-workers?

Do you work with clients?

Are you working online?

Are you working in person?

Remember,

You get to design all of this.

Don't think of how,

Just think of what your soul wants.

What does your lunch break look like?

Do you make yourself healthy food?

Do you go out and socialize?

Do you have meetings?

Do you recharge yourself by going for a walk?

What does the second part of your day look like?

What is the best time for you to learn and be in flow?

Is it in the morning or the afternoon?

Maybe your afternoon is your deep work time.

What is the purpose you are striving for?

What are you trying to grow?

What cause are you promoting?

What are you rooted in?

What are your clients like?

Who do you work with?

What values do they have?

And what are your relationships like with your co-workers,

Your connection?

How do you transition out of your work time?

Do you have a ritual before you head home,

Before you pick up your children,

Before you see your partner?

So that you can be available for them.

What does your family time look like?

What activities do you like to do?

Do you cook together?

Do you watch movies together?

Do you play frisbee?

Is it with a partner,

Without?

Do you have animals joining you?

Do you see,

Hear,

Taste,

And smell as much as possible in this vision of your day?

What would you like to do for dinner?

Do you like having a lot of people over?

Do you like quiet,

Intimate dinners?

Do you like it when someone else cooks or do you like to cook yourself?

Do you have a garden?

What do you like to do in the evening?

What is your evening routine?

If you don't have one,

You get to design it right now.

Is there music?

Is there reading?

Are there games?

Is there an evening walk?

When you're getting into your evening routine,

Think of how you're going to feel when you lay your head on the pillow at night.

You've given all you've got that day.

You feel like you've received and you've used your genius.

You feel a peaceful sense of tiredness.

You feel gratitude.

That is the vision of your day,

And you can ask yourself,

What sort of states do I want to be in?

What is the emotional state that I want to choose?

I get to choose how I feel.

I get to choose to be creative and inspirational.

I get to choose my flow time when I'm most useful to the world.

Do you want to be healthy and have vitality so that you have the energy to do all that you're here to do,

That you're meant to do?

What is your clarity and focus like?

How do you know when you've gotten to your goals?

And are you clear with your purpose and direction?

Are you clear with the thing that only you're here to do,

Your dharma,

What you're here to serve?

Are you clear about abundance and power,

About how money is energy and it ebbs and flows,

And that power is your office,

And that you're here to serve?

Do you have an authentic power?

It can be a quiet power,

But it is certainly big inside.

Do you move with ease and synchronicity?

Do you call things into your life?

Even when something happens that you didn't see coming,

You know that there's a purpose to it,

And you're open to learning the lesson.

Can you feel love and connection throughout your perfect day?

Do you have win-win relationships?

Do you allow yourself to be seen and loved just like you do for others?

You get to program your identity.

You get to create the person that you want to become.

And that is how you make a choice from your future self.

You get to choose from that place.

What would she or he do?

You can borrow that strength if you feel like you're not already there yet.

The next thing you know,

You are acting like this person.

You are walking like this person.

You are moving and making choices from this healthy,

Vital,

Abundant,

Resourceful you.

You can open your eyes now and feel free to jot down any of those visions from your perfect day.

This is like your manifesto.

This gives you so many ideas of where you are now and where you want to go.

Just that simple act.
