In this guided meditation, you’ll be invited to soften your body, offer yourself a compassionate embrace, and explore a series of nourishing “what if” reflections designed to open you to possibility, trust, and ease. Through slow breathing, softening, and mindful self-holding, this practice helps release mental overwhelm, calm the nervous system, and create space for hope to gently rise. As you rest inside this moment, you’ll be reminded that you don’t have to have all the answers, that life is already supporting you in ways still unfolding. Perfect for stress relief, emotional soothing, & reconnecting with your sense of inner safety & possibility.

Let's start with taking a slow gentle breath in through your nose and letting it go with a longer exhale through your mouth.

Take another gentle breath in through your nose and let it go exhaling longer.

Just follow your breath as it goes in and out.

In through the nose and out through the mouth.

Feel your head become heavy,

Your shoulders soften,

Your jaw unclench.

Give yourself permission to just be here now.

Now wrap your arms gently around yourself as you would hug your eight-year-old self.

Remember to gently breathe in and out.

Take another gentle breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Give yourself a tight squeeze and smile.

Sometimes life feels heavy,

The to-do's,

The both,

The unknowns,

The fears,

The worries,

They swirl in the mind.

But right here,

Right now,

You don't have to figure it all out.

You can just breathe gently in.

You can just let yourself be held and as you breathe I invite you to wonder with me.

What if everything is already working out for me in ways I can't yet see?

What if everything is already working out for me in ways I can't yet see?

What if support is closer than I think?

What if support is closer than I think?

What if kindness and understanding are waiting to meet me exactly where I am?

What if unexpected blessings are already finding their way toward me?

What if unexpected blessings are already finding their way toward me?

What if unexpected blessings are already finding their way toward me?

What if I can feel safe just for this moment and trust that life is holding me?

What if I can feel safe just for this moment and trust that life is holding me?

Take another slow deep breath in and gently let it go.

You don't need to force or push.

Just allow the possibility of things working out with ease.

Allow yourself to soften into hope,

Into trust,

Into the idea that abundance,

Resolution and quiet miracles are coming closer with every breath you take.

Right now you are safe.

Right now you are supported.

Right now everything you need is moving toward you.

Even if you can't yet see it.

Take one last deep breath in and as you exhale imagine letting go of every worry,

Of every weight,

Of every how.

See it drift away like clouds in the sky.

It's not yours to carry alone anymore.

Spirits got you.

The universe got you.

God's got you.

You can rest here.

Take one last deep breath in.

You can rest here.
