And if you haven't already done so,
You can gently close your eyes,
Allowing your awareness to be drawn into your breath.
And the gentle rise and fall of your chest and your belly with each breath that you take,
Relaxing and releasing.
Noticing how your next few breaths can allow you to arrive into a state of deepened comfort and deepened relaxation in your body and in your mind.
Noticing where you can become more still.
And from this place of deepened comfort and relaxation,
You can imagine that a ball of glowing green light appears just at the base of your spine.
A ball of glowing green light appearing just at the base of your spine and allowing yourself to see this in your mind's eye.
And as you see this ball of glowing light in your mind's eye,
With your next exhale,
You can imagine that this ball drops out from underneath you,
Dropping down from you and into the center of the earth,
Forming a cord of light and energy between you and the center of the earth.
And seeing this cord of green,
Grounding light connecting you to the center of the earth in your mind's eye.
With your next few breaths,
You can begin to inhale energy up from the earth through this cord into your body,
Feeling it enter maybe through the bottoms of your feet,
Making its way up your entire body,
Filling you up with this grounding green energy.
Allowing this energy to fill you up and to clear you out,
Grounding you down and connecting you to this earth energy.
Allowing yourself to release down into the earth any stagnant energy,
Any tension,
Anything you want to release with your next several exhales.
Maybe even seeing it leaving your body and working its way down this cord.
Noticing how you can start to feel more grounded,
More relaxed and more at ease as you do this.
Taking a few moments to release anything you would like to let go of right now.
Trusting that this cord can carry it down and away from you.
And that you can start to feel more at ease,
More light,
More grounded,
More connected with each breath that you take.
Taking a moment to send some gratitude down to this connection.
As you slowly bring your awareness back into your body,
Back into your breath,
Noticing how you feel differently now.
And whenever you're ready you can gently come back into the space that you're in.
