Thank you for joining this guided meditation to move out of your head and into your heart.
You can go ahead and get started by allowing yourself to arrive in a more comfortable position,
Making any adjustments you need to make.
And once you're feeling settled,
You can go ahead and gently close your eyes.
As you start to bring your focus and your awareness into your breath,
Noticing the gentle rise and fall of your chest and your belly with each breath that you take.
Noticing how your breath takes up space in your body.
As you slowly start to arrive into this moment,
Relaxing and releasing and arriving.
Noticing where in your body and your mind you can start to become more still.
And noticing where you can soften.
Allowing each breath that you take to bring you into a state of deepened comfort and relaxation.
Nowhere to go,
Nothing to do for now but to just be here present with yourself,
With your breath.
Noticing the stillness.
Allowing any thoughts that may arise to simply drift away.
As you continue to come back to stillness in your body and in your mind.
With your next breath,
You can begin to imagine that you can breathe in and out through your heart as you start to connect to your heart and the guidance that lives inside.
You might imagine in your mind's eye that you can see yourself inhaling and exhaling through your heart.
Allowing all of your focus,
All of your awareness to be drawn into this breath.
As you slowly start to drop into the heart space,
You might even imagine saying hello,
Connecting with this part of you like an old friend.
And just noticing what it's like to connect with this part of you.
What would it be like to drop even further into your heart right here right now?
What would it feel like?
That message or guidance is waiting for you from inside of this place,
Dropping in even further now into the heart space.
And just breathing.
Taking a few moments to embrace and acknowledge the guidance,
The wisdom,
The aliveness of the heart.
You might even place one hand over your heart.
As you deepen the connection even more now to this part of you.
Allowing this to be an invitation to open yourself up to the guidance and the wisdom of your heart right here right now and maybe for the rest of your day.
As you slowly bring your awareness back into your breath and into your entire body,
Maybe noticing what feels different now and any subtle shifts that have taken place.
Ending this meditation by sending yourself a moment of gratitude.
And when you're ready you can gently flutter your eyes open.
