This deep, detox meditation will clear, cleanse, rebalance, and heal the energy in and around your Chakras. It is helpful to set an intention or pray about what negative energies you want to let go of and what positive energies you want to replace them with, before practicing this meditation. During this meditation you are encouraged to breathe deeply, in order to get rid of all that is unwanted, and make space for what is needed. This powerful Chakra practice will provide you with a sense of lightness and ease. If you know which of your Chakras need the most healing, be sure to exhale deeply during those chakras. Note: Chakra crystals and essential oils can compliment this meditation nicely.

Transcript

Clearing and healing your chakras.

This meditation has two phases.

The first phase will focus on releasing and letting go of negative energy in and around your chakras using deep exhales.

We will start at your crown chakra,

Which is at the top of your head,

And move down all the chakras until we reach your feet.

The second phase will focus on bringing in divine healing light into each of your chakras using deep inhales.

We will start the light at your feet and move up your legs into all your chakras until the light reaches your crown.

It is best to practice this meditation while lying down.

So go ahead and get comfortable on a bed or on the floor.

Take a moment to call in your divine bodyguards and your higher power.

Ask to be protected and surrounded with bright golden bubble of light throughout this clearing and healing.

Once you have visualized yourself in a bubble of light,

Open your mouth slightly and start breathing deeper than you normally breathe.

So you can help your body move out energy,

Release and let go of all that doesn't serve you.

You can breathe in and out of your mouth or breathe in through your nose and out of your mouth.

Just do what is most comfortable,

But try to feel and hear yourself exhale.

If you can start to visualize your exhale as a dark mist or smoke coming out of your mouth.

This dark mist or smoke will symbolize all the negative energy leaving your body.

It symbolizes everything you don't want and everything that doesn't serve you.

Throughout this clearing phase,

Continue your deep breathing with visualization in any way that works for you.

As you continue to breathe deep,

Put your intention on your crown chakra located at the very top of your head.

This chakra is connected to your faith and higher power.

Think of a time recently or in the past when you lost faith.

Take a few moments to exhale that dark mist or smoke to release any frustrations,

Worries and or fear related to losing faith and higher power recently or in the past.

Exhale and let go of the times when you felt like you had no purpose,

Felt disconnected and or angry as to why things have to be the way they are.

Now bring your awareness down into your third eye chakra located in the center of your forehead right above your eyebrows.

This chakra is connected to your intuition and ability to trust in yourself.

Think of a time recently or in the past when you didn't trust yourself.

Exhale that dark mist or smoke and release that feeling of uncertainty,

Not knowing what to do,

How to act or what to say.

Exhale and let go of the confusions,

Questions,

Self doubt,

Indecisiveness and that feeling of being incompetent.

Now bring your awareness down into your throat chakra located in the middle of your neck.

This chakra is connected to your ability to communicate and express yourself easily.

Think of a time recently or in the past when you couldn't express yourself well.

Exhale that dark smoke or mist to unblock your fears about expressing your emotions,

Your creativity and your wisdom.

Exhale and let go of that feeling of not being heard and not being respected and understood.

Now bring your awareness down into your heart chakra located in the middle of your chest.

This chakra is connected to love and relationships.

Take a moment to think about the people in your life who are difficult to love such as your romantic partner,

Your children,

Your family members,

Friends and or co-workers.

Exhale a dark smoke and let go of negative emotions that arise about them.

Exhale judgment,

Fear,

Anger,

Hate,

Jealousy,

Hurt,

Release anxiety,

Disappointment,

Distrust,

Grief and any stress related to them.

Visualize it all leaving out of your mouth and out of your heart.

Continue to focus on your heart and take another moment to think about yourself.

Exhale any areas about yourself that are difficult to love and let go of the things that you have been hard on yourself about.

Exhale and release guilt,

Insecurities,

Loneliness,

Release shame,

Selfishness and dishonesty.

Deeply exhale that smoke and release all negative emotions about yourself.

See it come out of your heart and out of your mouth.

Now bring your awareness down into your solar plexus located about 2 to 3 inches down from your heart.

This chakra is connected to your will power and identity.

Think of a time when you felt dominated,

Controlled or powerless by people or circumstances.

Exhale smoke and let go of insecurity,

Blame,

Low self-esteem and being dependent on others to be happy.

Also exhale that feeling of being controlled and dominated by material things like money,

Finances,

Bills,

Your home,

Car,

Food,

Clothes.

Deeply exhale that feeling of stress,

Greed,

Not having enough and being dependent on material things to be happy.

Now bring your awareness down into your sacrum just located below your belly button.

This chakra is connected to your emotions,

Creativity and intimacy.

Think of times recently or in the past when you were overwhelmed with a mixture of fear-based emotions from other people or circumstances.

Deeply exhale smoke and let go of unhealthy emotions stored here over time such as guilt,

Sadness,

Hurt,

Tension,

Release nervousness,

Impatience,

Irritations.

Let go of obsessions and stress.

Finally take your awareness down into your root chakra located at the base of your spine.

This chakra is connected to being present,

Safe,

Healthy and connected to Mother Earth.

This chakra gets blocked when we feel unsafe,

Disconnected and when we are in our head too much.

Deeply exhale smoke and let go of worries about the future.

Next exhale any regrets you have about the past.

Letting them all go knowing that it doesn't serve you to hold on to things that don't exist.

Take another moment to put your awareness down at your feet.

Think of any areas in your body that you have tension or pain and exhale it out of your mouth and out of the bottom of your feet.

Exhale smoke and let go and release any stuck pain,

Tension or stuck emotion out of every area of your body.

We will now begin the second phase of this meditation.

Start the second phase by breathing normally.

Close your mouth and just breathe through your nose.

Now give your body permission to be open and to receive divine healing energy with every inhale.

Every time you inhale visualize divine healing light entering into your nose and filling up your entire head,

Filling up your neck,

Your arms and your chest.

With every inhale you become more relaxed,

More comfortable and open.

As the light continues to fill up your entire upper body with every inhale shift your awareness down to the bottom of your feet.

Visualize the arches of your feet opening like small doors to allow Mother Earth's energy from below you to enter into your feet like roots of a tree.

Let your body receive her healing light and let it move up into your legs,

Hips,

Stomach all the way until it fills your entire body.

This healing light is clearing,

Cleansing and adjusting.

It's also rejuvenating all your cells,

Organs,

Joints,

Muscles and skin throughout your whole body.

So continue to keep this light within your whole body throughout the rest of this healing process.

Now bring your awareness to your root chakra located at the base of your spine.

Inhale more light into this area.

And as you inhale visualize your root chakra being activated turning a bright ruby red and opening to receive more grounding and connection to Earth.

Receive more balance and stability,

More safety,

More presence and receive more connection to your body and good health.

Now move your awareness up into your sacral chakra located just below your belly button.

Inhale more healing light into your stomach.

As you inhale visualize your sacral chakra being activated turning a bright orange and opening to receive more positive and healthy emotions like more joy,

Peace,

Harmony.

Receiving more creativity,

More patience,

Abundance and more passion and excitement.

Next move your awareness up into your solar plexus located right in the middle of your belly button and heart.

Inhale more healing light into this area.

As you inhale visualize your solar plexus activated turning bright yellow and opening to receive more willpower,

More courage and self-esteem,

Acceptance of self.

Receive more sense of freedom,

Generosity,

More feeling of worthiness and more gratitude for all that you do have.

Now move your awareness up into your heart chakra located in the middle of your chest.

Inhale more healing light into your heart.

As you inhale visualize your heart chakra activated turning bright emerald green and opening to receive and to give more love to others in the form of appreciation,

Kindness,

Compassion.

Giving and receiving honesty,

Acceptance,

Respect and giving and receiving service and forgiveness.

Inhale more forgiveness for those that have been difficult to love because ultimately forgiveness sets you free.

Take another moment here to inhale more love,

Appreciation and forgiveness for yourself too.

Appreciate your accomplishments and all that you are going to do.

Be grateful for your gifts,

Your talents and your kindness.

Inhale more forgiveness for yourself,

For anything that you've been hard on yourself about and for any mistakes you've made.

The purpose for your mistakes was for you to learn specific lessons and those lessons helped you to grow.

To accept and forgive yourself for your mistakes.

Now continue to move upward and put your awareness into your throat chakra located in the middle of your neck.

Inhale healing light into your neck.

As you inhale visualize your throat chakra activated turning bright blue and opening to receive the ability to express yourself easily.

Receive the ability to express your emotions,

Your creativity and your wisdom.

Additionally see yourself being heard,

Understood and respected because what you have to express is helpful,

Compassionate and important.

Next move your awareness into your third eye located in the center of your forehead right above your eyebrows.

Inhale more healing light into your forehead.

As you inhale visualize your third eye activated turning purple and opening to receive more trust in yourself and in your intuition.

Know and accept that your first instinct is always right and know that all the answers you need are within.

Keep this third eye open like a doorway to receive divine guidance from your lost loved ones,

Spirit guides and angels.

Lastly move your awareness up to the top of your head where your crown chakra is located.

Inhale more healing light into the top of your head.

As you inhale visualize your crown chakra activated turning violet and opening to receive stronger faith in connection to a higher power.

Open to receive more connection to your purpose and more clarity,

Wisdom and inspiration.

Know that the more you strengthen your faith the more you strengthen your life,

That your prayers are all being heard and that you are completely loved and protected.

Finally let the light in all of your chakras and all over your body get brighter and brighter until it expands strongly around you.

Keep this bubble of light connection and protection around you all day and every day.

Know that this bubble of light will protect you from anything that is not of the light because darkness cannot exist in the light.

It is time for this meditation to come to a close.

Start to become more aware of your body's connection with the bed or the floor.

Now take two to three big deep breaths to awaken and to re-energize your body.

As you breathe deeply start to wiggle your toes and your fingers and then enjoy a big stretch to get the blood in your body to flow a little more.

Allow your eyes to naturally open when you feel you are ready to open them.

For the next few days let your body get used to this new energy by practicing at being more accepting,

Loving and compassionate with yourself.

For instance if you feel more relaxed or tired after this meditation let yourself relax and rest more.

On the contrary if you feel more recharged and energized let yourself be active and creative.

Just listen to your body to help this healing process continue.

Then after about two to three days return to this meditation to continue to keep your chakras cleared,

Balanced and healed.
