In a moment,
We're going to start a process of relaxation,
Of calming the mind,
Calming the body.
Take this time to settle into a comfortable position.
Close your eyes.
Become aware of your breath.
Breathing in with ease,
Breathing out with ease.
Continue to breathe slowly and deeply in and out.
With each breath,
You relax more deeply now.
Breathing in,
Relax your face and head.
Breathing out,
Letting go.
Breathing in,
Relax your throat and neck.
Breathing out,
Letting go.
Breathing in,
Relax your chest and shoulders.
Breathing out,
Letting go.
Breathing in,
Relax your stomach and back.
Breathing out,
Letting go.
Breathing in,
Relax your hips,
Legs and knees.
Breathing out,
Letting go.
Breathing in,
Relax your ankles and feet.
Breathing out,
Letting go.
And as you sit or lie there in this relaxed state,
Make a wish for ease now.
You can say to yourself,
I may be at ease with myself,
With my body just as it is.
Be at ease with my mind,
Even if it's busy,
Loud,
Critical.
Allow the translucent sky blue light to wash through you now.
You notice this light is filled with millions of golden cleansing flakes,
The sole purpose to remove any tensions,
Negativity,
Resistance and struggle.
You can let this wave of light energy wash through you now.
Clearing,
Cleansing.
In a moment,
We're going to take the most delicious journey into your inner world.
A space and place of your own design.
A beautiful,
Safe twin world.
A twin galaxy with eyes still softly closed.
Go within.
Turn inward.
This may be your first time in a long time.
You've turned back into you and you feel content and relaxed.
This is your space.
A space of love,
Connection,
Of total oneness.
At your feet,
There are five golden steps down into this galaxy for you.
You can feel them beneath your toes,
Warm and supportive.
You take your first step,
Eager for this journey.
Breathing softly and evenly as you take the second step down.
Taking the third step,
You feel lighter and brighter.
The fourth step,
Relaxed and happy.
You feel a gentle,
Uplifting breeze through your hair and scalp.
And the fifth step,
You take with glee,
Smiling at yourself as it feels like coming home.
And it is from this space,
This relaxed space,
That all your worries can simply melt away.
Feeling light and weightless,
You travel into the stars of this inner galaxy,
Floating freely at any speed you wish.
Travelling up higher,
Still now beyond the stars,
Where you can pause for a moment.
It is here that you notice a large movie screen playing the story of you.
Here as you watch your story,
Maybe you see something you're struggling with in your outer world,
A story from your life.
You see yourself and all of the details of this particular story now,
How you felt,
Where it was,
Who was there.
But you are no longer attached to this story.
Seeing this from a new perspective,
Seeing this at a distance,
You honour your feelings,
Feelings of hurt or anger,
Frustration or upset.
No longer emotionally attached,
You can let it go.
And as you let it go a new picture forms,
One of you smiling,
Your problem now resolved.
You see yourself,
Effortlessly enjoying now the new story of your life.
You see yourself where you want to be,
Surrounded by those who love and support you,
You as you feel in all of the details.
So big and so bright now,
You're almost absorbed by the light.
It is encoding a new programme into your being,
A bright,
Happy version of yourself.
You allow this image to be brought down from the top of your head,
Down through your throat and chest,
Down into your stomach,
Hips,
Legs and feet.
And you beam out this new version of you,
Like a big projector,
Beaming out this new you.
You may notice how good this feels,
And you know you can return to this feeling whenever you need.
In a moment,
You travel back to your outer world.
You are ready to travel back.
The same five golden steps appear in front of you now.
One,
You take the first step,
Relaxed and calm.
Two,
Moving forward,
Taking with you this new feeling.
Three,
Stepping forward with ease.
Four,
Taking the next step,
Becoming aware of the body.
Five,
Back to awareness.
Softly open your eyes,
Feeling refreshed,
Feeling like you've had a four hour nap and a two hour massage.
So breathing evenly,
Begin to tap lightly with your fingertips under your eye and say softly,
I accept who I am in this moment.
Breathing in,
I choose to love who I am in this moment.
Breathing in,
I am grateful for all the good in my life.
Move to the collarbone point and repeat,
I am allowing.
Breathing in,
I am letting go.
Breathing in,
I feel love.
Breathing in,
I lovingly accept me as me.
Take one last lovely cleansing breath and let it go.
