Okay,

This is a guided EFT tapping meditation to help you understand and clear those negative thoughts and when you feel like you can't quite get them under control,

They're overwhelming you,

They're taking over.

Take some breaths.

Be in this moment.

Release your energy into this moment.

Bringing all parts of you back to the body.

Feeling good,

Feeling relaxed.

Allow your head and neck to soften now.

Your shoulders and chest relaxing now.

Your torso and stomach feeling softer,

Calmer.

Calming your hips and legs.

Your arms,

All parts of you feeling calm,

Relaxed.

Sending those commands to your body as we do so in every moment,

Whether consciously or subconsciously in our automated patterns.

We're just sending conscious thought energy to our body at the cellular level using this incredible brain,

This incredible power that we have.

And oftentimes we feel overwhelmed with the negative thoughts that are just rushing in.

We don't feel like we've got enough space or thought energy to just push back.

And they rush in and we start to believe them and we start to attach them and we can't get control around those.

I just want you to go ahead and start tapping on the side of the hand and repeating after me out loud or in your head.

Even though I feel out of control.

I feel like my negative thoughts are winning.

I choose to love and accept this.

I choose to deeply and completely love and accept myself and know that I am okay.

Even though a part of me feels and believes that this is meaner,

That this negative voice is mine.

I choose to deeply and completely 100% love and accept this and let it go now.

Take a breath.

Even though a part of me has felt this way for so long,

A part of me has attached to these thoughts for so long,

I feel like they're me.

And I'm scared to let them go.

What will remain?

I choose to love and accept this part of me.

I choose to love and accept this pattern.

And I'm free to let it go now.

Maybe see yourself in your mind's eye just releasing in however way that looks to you,

Whether it's light,

Whether it's patterns just coming off your body or energetic and emotional body,

Tapping through the points starting top of the head.

Taking some breath with me now.

This pattern,

Eyebrow point,

This upset,

Tapping side of the eye,

This feeling,

Tapping under the eye,

This worry,

Tapping under the nose.

I feel like this is me.

This is a part of me.

I believe that this negative thought,

Under the eye,

This negative thought is mine.

Continue tapping through the points.

There's no particular way.

Don't feel like you need to be on a certain point at a certain time.

Just relax.

Tap through these points,

It's going to connect with your mind,

With that amygdala gland,

Calming,

Sending that signal to your body to relax.

So keep breathing and saying these thoughts,

This belief,

This pattern.

And I've been stuck with it for so long.

I don't believe I can be free of it.

I don't feel like I can get it under control.

My thoughts are controlling me.

I feel so low.

I feel depressed.

Where did these thoughts come from?

This feeling,

This focus,

This pattern.

A part of me is ready to let it go now.

I choose to let it go.

It's safe to let this go.

I'm ready to let this go.

I'm ready to feel lighter.

I'm ready to feel more in control.

For so long,

I have believed that these thoughts were mine.

I attached to these thoughts.

I let them rule me.

But I'm learning a new way.

I'm choosing a new way of thinking.

It's possible for me to think differently.

I thought myself into this pattern.

I thought myself into this feeling.

And I can think myself out of it too.

I have that power.

I see that now.

I feel that now.

It feels good.

I'm ready to step into my personal power.

I'm letting go of this old paradigm.

I'm letting it go from the past.

I'm letting it go at the cellular level.

I'm letting it go from my field.

I'm letting it go from my head.

I'm letting it go from my throat and chest.

Letting this pattern go.

Letting it go past,

Present and future.

Stepping into effortless control.

Freedom around this negative thinking.

Knowing that as I focus on me,

Focus on my wellbeing,

I'm not only helping myself,

But I'm helping others too.

I love how that feels.

I'm embracing my power.

It's good to be me.

It's safe to be me.

If you're lying there just resting,

Maybe place your hands on your heart,

Take some breaths in and out.

Being in that awareness,

Knowledge,

Understanding that you have this power to consciously focus and retrain these thoughts because you set the pattern in motion,

Maybe via other people,

Maybe unconsciously,

But now you're resetting it with this awareness,

With this light of consciousness that you're focusing on your thought patterns.

And it is amazing and it is miraculous and you are wonderful.

Relax into this.

Know that this is your superpower.

Know that this can be done.

Know that people are doing this all over the world and are extending their support to you,

Lifting you up,

Helping you.

That energy is there.

And it's safe to allow that to come through,

Allow yourself to be supported.

Relaxing deeper,

Feeling good,

Noticing any thoughts,

Feelings,

Memories or emotions that come up during this meditation and get curious because this is your brain telling you either to look at something or there's another fear there or maybe you just feel really good and really clear and really excited about this whole process.

Remember that your brain is just doing its job and when it sends you this data,

Your body then tells you with its feelings how you feel about it,

What the true higher inner wisdom that you have,

That you are connected with is telling you.
