Good morning.

Get yourself into a comfortable position,

Preferably sitting in a chair or on the floor with your legs crossed,

Or whatever position works best for you sitting up.

Close your eyes and begin by taking a deep breath in through your nose,

Filling your lungs and exhaling slowly through your mouth.

Allow your body and mind to relax.

As you settle into the present moment,

Bring your attention to the thoughts and feelings that arise within you.

Allow them to come and go without any judgment.

Now shift your focus to the intention that you want to set for your day ahead.

It could be a quality or an attitude that you would like to embody.

Reflect on what you want to cultivate in your mind and heart.

Take a few moments to identify and connect with your intention.

Visualize it as a guiding light within you,

Illuminating your path.

As you breathe in,

Imagine your intention filling your entire being with each inhalation.

As you breathe out,

Release any doubts,

Worries,

Or distractions that may hinder your focus.

Repeat your intention,

Silently or out loud,

Allowing its energy to flow through you.

Feel it echoing in every cell of your body,

Resonating with your highest self.

With this intention in mind,

Imagine yourself moving through your day,

Embodying that quality or attitude.

Visualize how it positively impacts your actions,

Interactions,

And overall well-being.

Take a moment to express gratitude for having this intention and the opportunity to live in alignment with it.

Now slowly bring your awareness back to the present moment.

Wiggle your fingers and toes,

Feeling rooted in your physical body.

When you are ready,

Softly open your eyes,

Carrying the energy of your intention with you as you move through the day.

Remember,

Your intention is a guiding compass.

Whenever you feel distracted or disconnected,

Take a deep breath and revisit it,

Allowing it to realign your focus.
