Sweet and lovely. The name that came to me was Ariel, and I happened to be.holding a small rose quartz crystal at that moment, which turns out to be this archangel's crystal.

Really enjoyed it. Was a bit fast going, could have done with slowing it down a little both in speaking & giving us time to think about what you just said before you went onto the next thing.

Also needed more time spent with our Angel as felt that time rather rushed. It didn’t really give time. Not all of us have fast going brains.

Felt you left us a bit stranded when you left us on the bench, it would have been nice to have said something on the lines of: I’ll be back for you in a short while or something similar as was still waiting for you to talk some more.

Apart from all that I WILL be back to try again, but it has given me the basic thought of going off & doing the Meditation 🧘‍♀️ 🧘‍♂️ on my own at my own speed. So I Thank You 🙏 for that. X
