This is a body awareness sound healing journey, so pop on your headphones, and treat yourself to a gorgeous reset. This was recorded outside, so birds and a windchime are an added ambiance.

Start by finding a comfortable position for your body.

Maybe building a cozy rest nest just for yourself.

And give yourself a couple of moments to move into a position that feels really supportive for you.

And give yourself time.

Try not to force yourself into a specific shape.

Take note of what your knees need,

What your hips need,

What your back needs,

What your whole body needs today.

When you find that cozy spot for your whole body,

See if you can't get just a tiny bit more comfortable.

Know that this is a safe space.

That whatever noises may arise will be for you and for others practicing as well.

I will guide you into this journey and I will guide you back out.

So there's nothing that you need to do.

Only to be relaxed,

Easy,

Effortless.

To be open to whatever your body and mind receive.

But also to release whatever it is that may not be for you specifically.

So once you've found this nurturing for you,

Take a couple of deep breaths in through the nose and open mouth.

Again,

Inhale long and slow.

And exhale longer and slower.

And one more inhale,

Feeling your belly and your body rise.

And exhale,

Feeling your body sink into Mother Earth.

Completely relaxed now.

You're at ease.

Effortless.

So let's take a trip through the body.

Different parts of the body will be named.

You can feel,

Sense,

Visualize,

Or repeat those specific areas.

Just try not to focus too much on each one or attach yourself as it may cause stress.

And if you get lost,

Don't worry.

Join back in wherever you are.

So zero in on the space between your eyebrows,

The third eye.

And in this space,

Manifest a warm,

Golden liquid.

Like honey or molasses.

And as you begin to create this visual,

The thick liquid drip down into the right hand.

The golden light filling the right hand.

Glowing brightly.

Now the light moves to the right hand.

Index finger.

Middle finger.

Ring finger.

Pinky finger.

The palm of the right hand.

The back of the right hand.

The whole hand is illuminated and filled with that gold honey.

And now it makes its way to the wrist.

The forearm.

The elbow.

Upper arm.

Shoulder.

Right side of ribs.

Waist.

Hip.

Right thigh.

Knee.

Lower leg.

Right ankle.

Heel.

Sole of the right foot.

The top of the right foot.

And all five toes.

The whole side of the body now.

Filled with golden honey.

Warm and relaxed.

Now the liquid moves to the left hand.

The left hand thumb.

Index finger.

Middle finger.

Ring finger.

And the pinky finger.

The palm of the hand.

The back of the hand.

The whole left hand glowing in golden,

Warm honey.

Now come to the left wrist.

The forearm.

The elbow.

The upper arm.

The shoulder.

The left side of the ribs.

Waist.

Hip.

The left thigh.

Knee.

Lower leg.

Ankle.

Heel.

Sole of the left foot.

The top of the left foot.

And all five toes.

The whole left side is now glowing in the bright,

Warm,

Golden honey.

Now come to the back plane of the body.

The backs of your heels.

Calves.

The backs of both knees together.

Both sets of hamstrings.

Both sides of your glutes.

The back of your pelvis.

Feel your lower back.

The shoulder blades.

The curve of your neck.

The back of your head.

Feel the crown of your head.

All embodied in this beautiful,

Golden honey.

Feel your forehead.

Your eyebrows.

Your eyebrow center.

Both of your eyebrows.

The bridge of your nose.

The nostrils.

The tip of the nose.

Your whole nose.

Upper lip.

Lower lip.

Both lips together.

Feel your teeth.

Your tongue.

Your upper palate.

Feel the whole mouth.

Chin.

Jaw.

The right ear.

Left ear.

Both ears together.

Feel the space between your ears.

Travel down the throat center.

Feel to the right.

To the left.

Feel the whole throat.

Feel the rib cage.

Move to the center of your chest.

Feel the right lung.

The left lung.

And both lungs together.

Feel your heart between the lungs.

Feel the whole entire rib cage.

Come to the abdominal area.

To your lower belly.

And then to the pelvic floor.

The front of each thigh.

And both knees.

Shins.

And all ten toes.

The entire right leg.

The entire left leg.

Both legs together.

Feel both legs with the whole torso.

Shoulder to fingertips.

The left arm.

Now you're feeling everything from your shoulders to your fingertips on both sides.

Add your face.

Head.

Throat.

So that you feel your whole body awareness.

The whole body engulfed in the warm golden honey.

Bright golden honey.

This honey that has cocooned you.

That's nurturing you.

It can spread and crawl and envelop your surroundings.

This liquid can make contact to those you love.

To those who need love.

Spreading warmth.

Coziness.

Contentment.

Everything and everyone near and far is affected and touched.

You may be just one soul.

But to everyone and everything,

You are the brightest and the warmest soul.

So find happiness and joy in just the simple fact that you mean the world to others.

That special spark of awe.

Experiencing any and everything.

You're able to pass along a smile.

A laugh.

A memory.

That warm,

Tingly feeling of love and appreciation.

Can you feel that?

Can you feel that emotion bubble up inside your heart space?

Just like that.

That warm,

Thick,

Amber colored honey.

Let it begin to slowly crawl through your entire body.

Taking up all of those nooks and crannies.

And expanding further than your physical body.

Through your vibrational state.

Taking up more and more space.

As far as the eye can see.

This love is the highest vibration and can influence an entity that is grieving,

Lost,

Angry,

Depressed.

Don't hold back this openness.

This light.

You have genuine,

Wholehearted kindness.

No matter how harsh the world can be.

Shine this beautiful light.

Be a beacon for not only your own soul.

But for others who don't know that they need it.

You are safe.

You are guided.

And most of all,

You are loved.

You can stay in this warm,

Honey filled bubble.

For as long as you'd like.

Just resting in sweet silence.

Allowing those vibrations into your body.

Awaken.

If you are ready to depart,

Make your way back.

Find your breath.

Feel your breath.

Following your breath.

And filling that breath up through your body.

Allowing gentle movements into your fingers,

Into your toes.

Maybe circling your wrists and your ankles.

Maybe giving a whole body stretch.

Legs long,

Arms overhead.

Stretching long in all directions.

Taking up as much space as you need.

Maybe slowly rolling over onto one side of your body.

Coming into a fetal position.

And this position symbolizes a new beginning and a fresh start.

Taking your time.

You can slowly press yourself up to a seated position.

Maybe placing your thumbs onto the center of the bottom of your feet.

Gently pressing into the bottoms of your feet.

Say to yourself,

I am here.

I am present.

I am grounded.
