Welcome to a meditation with Raquel the Skin Angel.
Today I'd like to do a short meditation on coming back to yourself in times of sadness and introspection.
I invite you to find a comfortable place for yourself for this meditation.
To begin to close your eyes,
Travel inward.
Allowing your soul to speak to you here as you gently begin to breathe in through the nose and out through the nose.
Giving yourself permission to wind down here and to really settle into your body.
As you take gentle inhales and exhales,
Simply noticing the state of the mind today.
The frequency of your thoughts,
Are they positive or are they negative?
Is there self-doubt?
Is there worry?
I want you to begin to simply breathe and begin noticing the state of your thoughts today.
And as we breathe here,
We begin to settle.
We begin to come into our space right here,
Right now.
Noticing if there is tension in the cheeks,
Letting that go here.
Allowing the ears to release their grip on your head.
As you breathe down into the body,
Taking deep breaths into the back body even.
And releasing,
We melt into the ground here.
And I want you to begin to turn your attention to your thoughts.
Whatever thoughts you have,
Whether they are swirling around you,
Unable to let go or maybe you feel empty today,
Everything is okay.
Every emotion you feel in this moment is okay.
But I invite you to come back to a place of deep affection for yourself.
A deep love.
Turning our attention into the solar plexus right underneath the ribs.
Our center of fire.
Our center of deep intentions.
I invite you to breathe life into that space.
Giving yourself permission to be exactly where you are today.
And reminding yourself the beauty of you.
Deep inhale through the nose.
And an exhale through the nose.
As we melt into the floor,
Releasing the tension in the wrists,
In the arms,
The palms.
Lay face upward,
Receiving.
Receiving light,
Receiving healing energy here.
Receiving love.
As we allow openness in our body,
We will receive healing,
Love and peace.
Deep inhales through the nose.
And exhales through the nose.
Good.
And then we're moving into our space here,
Allowing ourselves to picture a purple and deep blue swirling vortex before us.
And as we are on the outside looking into this vast and deep endless vortex,
We have choices.
This vortex represents an endless stream of beauty,
Of openness,
Of love,
Of acceptance of self,
Of acceptance of yourself.
See it swirling in front of you.
The colors,
Deep purples,
Maybe light purples,
Lilacs,
Aqua,
Sky blue.
Step into the vortex now.
Let go here.
Allow your consciousness to guide you as you sink into this hug of energy,
Of vitality,
Of grounding.
Let go here.
Let go.
Allowing all thoughts to melt away as we sink.
Into the vortex.
Into the peaceful and beautiful envelopment of this energy field.
As we become the energy and the energy is us.
We are surrounded by peace.
We are peace.
As you're floating here in the vortex of consciousness.
Allow emptiness to overcome you.
As you become one with your surroundings.
In this empty space you are free to exist exactly as you are.
There are no judgments here.
There are no expectations.
There are no needs.
There is simply you and existence.
Before you,
You see a silver shimmering door.
Begin to appear with pink light surrounding it.
Some pink beautiful smoke appears before you in front of the door.
You begin to rise to walk toward the door.
You open the door.
As pink smoke swirls around you.
You are invited back into your consciousness,
Into your world.
Into the physical world that you occupy.
And as you look back into that swirling purple and blue vortex.
You realize that you can take that with you.
That feeling of emptiness,
Of oneness.
You can take that with you into your world through the pink smoke through the door.
And as you step through that portal back into your physical tangible world.
You feel deeply grounded.
Deeply rooted in your own truth.
Nobody else's truth but your own.
You are beautiful.
You are one.
You understand how to feel grounded.
You feel a deep love encompass your whole body here as you begin to breathe light into yourself.
And as you begin to gently wiggle your fingers and toes here.
You are rooted back in the tangible.
And deep inside you is that beautiful peace.
As you take this piece with you through the rest of your day today,
And the rest of your week.
Simply remember,
Remember that empty,
Open space.
That's you.
That's freedom.
