Stop and find the constriction that your anger or frustration is creating in your body.

Focus your attention on that spot and name it.

It is fear because it's always fear even if it looks like something else.

Now I want you to breathe deeply into that spot and on your exhalation feel that constriction leaving your body with your breath.

And I want you to breathe deeply into that spot as many times as you need to until you feel the constriction is released and you can feel expansion in that spot.

Once you have space in the place where the constriction used to be,

I want you to think of something that you are incredibly grateful for and replace the constriction with feelings of gratitude.

Take one last deep cleansing breath and go back to your beautiful,
