My name is Teresa and I will guide you through the session.
We will begin in a comfortable seated position.
Close your eyes and start to mindfully pay attention to your breathing.
These guided meditation will help you achieve success and belief in yourself.
Breathe in through your nose for the count of 4 and out for the count of 4.
Keep breathing,
Feeling yourself get more and more relaxed with every breath you take.
As you inhale,
Imagine that you are breathing in success,
Confidence and power.
As you exhale,
Imagine that you are reading yourself of all of self-tab and any roadblocks in your way of your progress.
Think about an area of your life or particular instance that you are looking to find success in.
Visualise yourself experiencing this success.
Where will you be?
Who will you be with?
What will it feel like?
Visualise all of these details as you continue to breathe.
If your minds wander somewhere else,
Observe the thoughts and bring your attention back to your breath and your visualisation.
Visualise your inner self all through the body and into your body,
Dough going back and forth.
Visualise yourself able to rise in Mash And what happens is basically the same as your own inner self.
Inhale confidence,
Exhale self-doubt.
Now slowly open your eyes and take this feeling of confidence and success with you and let as you work to achieve your goals.
