So, if our mind escapes, it is important to refocus on the present moment by focusing as much as necessary on our breathing and our body. We live in a time where we try too hard to do everything well and control everything, but it is impossible and it creates discouragement and even frustration. The solution: don't feel guilty and welcome things as they come. Meditation helps develop a different form of intelligence: more bodily, more direct, less intellectual.
