Todd Corbin, CPC, is a mindful sports performance coach, avid runner, professional speaker, mindfulness teacher, mPEAK trained instructor, author, and certified parenting coach. He was an instructor at Lakeland Community College in Ohio for 12 years, teaching courses in stress management, peak performance, communication, mindfulness, and meditation. He is also the co-author of "Mindfulness for Student-Athletes: Workbook to Help Teens Reduce Stress and Enhance Performance with New Harbinger Publications 2018 and of The Mindful Sports Performance activity card deck.

A really interesting approach I had not experienced before: visualizing moving the energy of your breath around whatever part of your body is feeling tension, stress, or fatigue. A lot of the practice is spent in silent application of the technique and there is no music which meant my mind wandered often. Overall well-executed.
