A guided meditation to unwind and release from daily attachments. To be used before bedtime as a nightly guide in clearing your energetic body of any held tensions to fall into a peaceful night's rest.

In this energy release meditation,

You will be guided to release stress and any absorbed emotions from the day.

Antohi Quantum Reiki will be infused throughout the recording for deeper healing and relaxation.

This meditation will not have any ending bell or chime,

So it can easily be integrated into your sleep routine for a peaceful night's rest.

I invite you to find a comfortable position,

Either lying down or reclining is suggested.

You may pause this meditation and resume when you are ready.

Let's begin by holding the intention that we are energetically in the same space together.

I will guide you to take a few deep cleansing breaths to start the flow of your energetic body to prepare for healing.

Take a deep,

Long breath through your nose and an audible exhale.

Take another breath through your nose,

Exhale out your mouth.

Last time,

Breathe in and exhale.

You can continue that breath work or you can return to your natural breathing pattern now that you are aware of your energetic and physical bodies simultaneously.

With your heightened senses,

Draw your awareness to tensions in your body.

You may intuitively feel the need to adjust,

Sway from side to side,

Or shake your limbs.

Do whatever feels natural for you.

As you settle into the flow of energy,

Gently relax your jaw and drop your tongue from the roof of your mouth.

In this moment,

You don't have to adhere to any timeline or responsibility.

In this space,

You are able to let go of tension created from the interactions of your day.

Detach from what's not yours to hold.

You have the choice to let go.

You may feel tension in more than one area of your body or you may feel relaxed because you have learned how to energetically cleanse yourself at the end of each day.

Both are fine.

If you are relaxed,

You can sink deeper and follow the prompts to allow for healing that your consciousness may have hidden from you.

If you feel tension in a specific area,

Let's shine a light on it now.

We're going to take a focused breath and when you breathe it in,

You will visualize or feel the flow go to the target area to release the stored emotion attached.

Before we begin,

I will describe the sequence for a more powerful release.

When you take a deep breath through your nose,

Send it to the area you intuitively feel needs some assistance.

While sending your breath to this area of tension,

Envision a vortex of energy swirling,

Creating movement and flow,

Then release,

Releasing all that was held in this area.

Let's begin with your first focused breath.

Take a long breath and send it to your tension area.

See the vortex forming in your mind's eye.

Now release,

Letting go of whatever you held from the day.

Continue this breath work on your own for three more sequences,

Allowing emotions or memories to come into your thoughts through the vortex.

You may have a specific situation come to mind or feel sensations throughout your body.

Trust that you intuitively know how to process and let go.

When you grasp what needs to go,

Release them.

Begin now your three sequences.

With these releases,

You may feel a burst of emotion,

Could be anger,

Sadness,

Fear.

Simply process the emotions from an observer lens to release,

Detaching judgment.

If you need to cry,

Then cry.

It's a natural form of release.

Feeling the need to scream or write is another method of releasing.

However energy moves for you,

Allow it to flow without trying to drive back or cut it off.

Take a deep breath and naturally release.

Feeling your muscles get heavy and warm,

Energy easily moves through you now.

You are a vessel being cleansed.

Envision a warm waterfall begin to flow over you.

It is washing away the denseness of the day.

The water is encompassing unconditional love and knowledge that covers your entire body.

You may not yet be aware of the cause and effect of your held emotions,

The polarity of the vibrations between others to you and you to others.

You are an earth angel to some,

A misfortune or miracle to others,

A blessing in disguise.

You are a karmic lesson,

A point of change,

A catalyst in every seen and unseen way possible.

You chose to experience life,

This timeline,

And all its teachings.

Take a deep breath.

Be in gratitude of this experience and the lessons from each day perpetually teaching you how to raise your vibration to embody the highest version of you into your next day.

With this new perception,

Allow the energy that no longer serves you to flow down your body,

Down through your energetic legs,

Out your feet,

And into Mother Earth for transmution and healing.

As the cycles of the seasons change,

So do your days,

Letting go of the experiences that didn't go your way or the lessons that stung,

Manifesting your morning to bring you to light and harmony,

Calling all your energy back to you,

Replenished,

Cleansed,

And restored.

And so it is.
