Taking deep breaths as you breathe in feeling light enter into your body expanding in your lungs traveling through the cells of your body holding your breath and then exhale as you exhale allow all negativity to leave to just dissolve breathing in the light holding the light exhale breathing in the light holding the light and allowing this love to travel through the cells of your body and exhale exhaling all that is not in alignment with this light softening your breath aligning your spine that you feel comfortable and I want you to imagine a magnificent ball of light white light above your head this light is going to come down through the crown of your head and travel the length of your body as this light travels inwards it will also expand outwards from your body bringing the light with the crown of your head as it travels the light softens the muscles in your facial area your shoulders bringing the light down your arms to your fingertips bringing the light into your heart center allowing all parts of your body to relax to surrender continue bringing the light down to the base of your spine down into your thighs your knees your calves feeling this energy expand downwards through the soles of your feet taking this energy down to the heart of Earth mother anchoring your light into the crystalline energies below you energies that allow you to feel safe and nurtured mother earth gives you with energy that travels back upwards reaching the soles of your feet traveling up your legs up your spine resting the light in your heart center visualizing a pink lotus opening sharing its magnificence that you may feel a deep love for self allowing the light to continue traveling upwards bringing the light up to the top of your head and feeling it expand upwards and outwards as the light travels further upwards you feel lighter you feel connected to the source of all that just is and you are one you are one with all that just is you imagine yourself on a beach feeling your feet in the ocean feeling the waves of love as the water reaches your toes and then recedes back you choose to walk in deeper to feel the energies of the ocean travel up within you feeling your spirit with a love and a light no longer aware of your physical body you feel yourself moving with the tides feeling the waves of love move into your body and leave your body you notice the landscape around you you are aware of the trees the animal kingdom you are aware of all life forms and their perfection and purpose for the planet as you stand in the ocean of love you are aware of your perfection and purpose for the planet you feel the sacred essence of your divine self you experience a deep knowingness you are aware that your mind has quietened and you feel the intuitive whispers of your heart there is wisdom in these whispers you recognize that all answers are within you you feel your powerful spirit you feel the great joy in your heart for the life that you love to live as the waves continue to roll in and wash out you feel the beauty of your divine self and the deep gratitude that the ocean has gifted to you the renewal of your spirit and you embrace your connection to the divine feeling your arms in the air your face to the sun the golden rays of light rays of light from the sun helping you to surrender you feel your spirit dance moving celebrating the joy that you feel you become aware that there is no separation that we are all one and the same you choose to come back into your body now becoming aware of your breath aware of the soles of your feet your fingertips your breath you gently open your eyes and with deep gratitude you embrace this moment of this day and you sing You
