Navigating these challenges led her from a career in publishing to her path as a transformation coach and shamanic energy medicine facilitator. Now, she helps others like her overcome self-doubt and overwhelm so they can feel calm, confident, and completely comfortable in their own skin. As well as being a certified life and somatic coach, Tamsin is a certified shamanic energy medicine practitioner. She continues to deepen her understanding of energy and space holding with the White Dragon lineage. She loves hosting elemental ceremonies, especially transformative rituals using fire and water. Tamsin is a Singapore-based mama of two and a student of change. She was born in Hong Kong to an Australian mother and a New Zealander father.
