Transcript

Settle in to a comfortable seat.

Let your shoulders soften and gently close your eyes.

Take a slow breath in through your nose and a long exhale through your mouth.

Again,

Inhale and exhale,

Letting your body feel heavy and supported.

Imagine yourself in a quiet winter landscape.

The air is crisp,

Clean and calm.

Snow blankets the ground,

Softening every sound.

Everything feels still,

Peaceful,

Unhurried.

With each breath,

Imagine the cold air clearing your mind and the warmth inside your body growing like a cozy blow in your chest.

Winter is a season of rest.

You don't need to push.

You don't need to rush.

This is your time to slow down and simply be.

If there's been heaviness or stress,

Imagine it gently settling into the snow,

Held and supported by the earth beneath you.

Take one more deep breath in and a slow,

Full exhale.

Gently wiggle your fingers,

Toes,

Open your eyes,

Bringing this calm,

Steady winter energy with you.
