I want you to sit in your chair,

Sit on the ground,

Sit on your yoga mat,

Wherever makes you the most comfortable.

Take a moment to allow your shoulders to drop.

Your hands can rest onto your legs or wherever makes you feel the most comfortable and relaxed.

Releasing any tension into your muscles.

Take a moment to close your eyes.

And as we take our breaths here,

I want you to take those inhales nice and deep in through your nose,

Pausing and exhale out.

We take another inhale in and exhale out.

Take this moment to feel your body unwinding.

Your muscles are relaxed.

Allow your mind to clear of all the things earlier today,

For everything after this practice.

And just be here into this place,

This space.

Allow this sense of calm to go from your mind to your body and to your heart.

And as you continue your breath,

Let's go on a little journey together.

Imagine that you are sitting on a beautiful beach,

Sand all around you,

The water in front of you,

Hearing the waves coming in and out so softly.

You take a moment here to just observe the sounds,

The smells,

Allowing your body to take it all in.

You take a piece of that sand,

Allow it to come through your fingers.

You feel it into your palms,

The sense of earth and grounding.

By grabbing that sand,

You become connected with earth beneath you.

You feel the breeze coming from the water and that smell of fresh with the sense of calm.

Take a moment in this vision to look over to your left,

In front of you,

To your right,

And notice what's around you.

Asking yourself,

Are you there alone,

Observing the environment in this place?

Are you with a loved one?

Are you with someone that is here or someone from your past?

Just take this moment to observe who and what is around you,

Allowing you to feel this calm,

Continuing that breath,

Enjoying the silence and the calm.

We notice the waves coming in a little bit more,

So we decide to take an inhale in as the wave comes in and exhale out to push the wave away.

We take one more inhale of the wave coming in,

Pushing out the wave.

Allow your feet to be planted into the sand,

Moving them left to right,

Maybe wiggling your toes,

Maybe you have a loved one bearing your feet into the sand,

Or maybe you're bearing your own feet into the sand to become one with earth.

Enjoying the moment here with your own self or with those around you.

Let us now take a moment to look up into the sky,

Seeing that sun coming down to a beautiful sunset with oranges and pinks.

Feeling the heat,

That warmth from the sun beating down onto you.

I want you to take all of this feeling,

The emotion,

All the sensations,

And I want you to represent it in a color for yourself.

So if you took this entire flow and gave it a color,

What would it be?

Let's take that color and allow it like a ball to rest on the top of our head at the crown,

Allowing it to spread all the way down like a rainfall,

All the way down your head,

Trickling down your face.

This color comes all the way down to the back of your head,

To the shoulders,

All the way down your arms.

This color spreads across your chest,

Allowing it to fuel your chest as the color enters your heart.

Feeling that heart one beat at a time.

This color now moves down to your belly,

Your core,

Down to your hips,

Thighs,

And like beautiful raindrops,

They bounce off your legs all the way down to your knees,

Calves,

And to your feet and toes.

Let us now take a moment with a big inhale in and exhale out,

Thanking our bodies for transferring this beautiful energy into ourselves.

As we take our hands into prayer in front of our chest,

Bringing our fingertips to our foreheads for positive thoughts every day,

To our lips for positive words every day,

And to our heart for a positive heart every day.

And sealing this for ourselves,

For our loved ones,

Family,

Friends,

And community,

We take an inhale in and exhale out.
