And we're going to close our eyes,

With our eyes nice and soft,

Sitting comfortably in your spot.

I want you to take nice big inhales through your nose,

And exhales out the mouth.

Inhales through your nose,

And exhale out.

Let us take this moment here,

To clear our mind of all the things,

Earlier today,

Earlier in the week,

Not worrying about after this,

Just being here together.

Feel your body is unwinding,

With a clear mind,

And nice soft breath.

In your vision here,

We're going to go through our mindfulness practice.

What I ask you to do here,

Is in your mind,

I want you to imagine that you are in your safe space.

Whatever place or space that makes you feel the most comfortable,

Most safe,

Just imagine it.

This space,

Start to feel that warmth and comfort going through your body,

Looking at every detail in the space.

Now,

In your space,

I want you to imagine there's a table,

It could be square,

It could be circled,

Just imagine a table,

And you notice something at the table,

Walk towards it,

And as you get closer and closer,

You see that it's the most beautiful snow globe.

You grab it with both hands,

And you just hold it,

Looking down on it.

Now ask yourself,

What is in that snow globe?

What do you see?

What do you notice?

The one thing that every snow globe has,

Is snow.

So physically or in your vision here,

I want you to hold that snow globe in your hand,

And softly shaking it front to back,

Side to side,

Or even on angles,

Like you're a child seeing it for the first time,

Just give it a great shake.

Now let's count to three,

And then we're going to just let the snow drift down,

One,

Two,

Three,

Hold it in your hand.

You start to see every single piece of snow falling down ever so slowly.

You see some are shiny and bright.

You see some that are just a soft white coming down.

But you look at the globe,

Snow globe,

Side to side,

You notice it's different in every angle.

Put your snow globe down,

Back onto your table,

And like a child,

Just sit and look at it,

Watching all those pieces fall down.

So today,

Why a snow globe?

Because the snow globe represent our mind,

And all the pieces of snow falling down,

All them spinning around,

All of this is your busy mind.

Think of every snowflake as a thought going through your mind.

As we know,

Sometimes life gets so busy,

And our minds get so busy,

That our thoughts go out of control,

All over the place,

Like a snow globe.

Again,

When we just stop and relax,

All those thoughts in your mind start to settle,

Just like those snowflakes.

So that is my ask for you today.

Take every thought and feeling,

Anything going on in your mind,

I want you to start to slow down,

And enjoy everything around you.

Allow the thoughts to settle,

Anything that is upsetting you,

Just let them fall for just a few moments,

And enjoy all the sparkle,

And all the good things around you.

Like a snow globe,

Sometimes the world just lifts us up,

Shakes us around,

But the key is to come back,

To come back to meditation,

To yoga,

Or just being in your calm,

Safe space that works for you.

Let us now take three big breaths in,

Take an inhale in,

Exhale out,

Inhale in,

Exhale out,

Last inhale,

Exhale,

Let us now take our hands into prayer,

Taking our fingertips up to our foreheads for positive thoughts every day,

To our lips for positive words every day,

And to our heart for a positive heart every day,

Feeling this for ourselves and for each other,

Taking a last inhale in,

Exhale out.

That is our yoga practice,

Or yoga practice,

Our meditation today.

So enjoy the rest of your day,

And I hope that this has been great for you.

Take care.
