Welcome to this morning meditation to allow the Sun to help us to feel grounded and energized throughout the day.
You can do this meditation sitting down or laying and imagining in your mind.
Or if you'd like you can go outside and greet the morning Sun.
So either imagining in your mind or greeting the Sun by raising your arms up in the air facing the morning Sun.
Allowing that sunlight to warm your skin.
Feeling that gentle warmth on your face,
On your hands,
Through the clothes of your body.
And just imagining all that gentle warmth going into each and every cell in the body.
Allowing each and every cell in your body to warm,
To awaken,
To enliven.
And allowing a slight smile on your face as you welcome the Sun into your body,
Into your mind,
Into your heart,
Into your entire being.
And continuing to imagine your whole body waking up,
Turning on,
Feeling your feet upon the earth.
And also allowing your feet to feel any sensations of the earth below your feet.
Whether it's a soft ground,
A hard ground,
Warm or cool.
Just allowing or imagining what the earth feels like beneath your feet.
And allowing yourself to sense deep into the earth.
Allowing your entire body,
Your entire being to ground into the earth.
Feeling this earth energy and this sun energy,
This warming energy,
This enlivening energy.
Turning on your entire body,
Continuing to be grounded and enlivened in each and everything that you do throughout your day.
Bringing this energy,
This warmth,
This aliveness into every moment.
Grounding into the earth and allowing the body to be fueled and energized by the sun.
Allowing every cell in the body to function exactly and completely and intelligently with the warmth and energy of the earth and the sun.
Bringing up all this energy throughout your day.

Blessing your day.
