Meditation Timer OnlineSusannah began practicing yoga in the late 1990s after scoliosis surgery, seeking physical ease, and through experience and training discovered a practice that opens the body, steadies the breath, and quiets the mind. She completed her 200- and 300-hour trainings through The Himalayan Institute and has been teaching since 2013. Her Hatha classes honor that every body is different, offering supportive modifications and a balanced blend of clear cueing and spacious silence. She enjoys weaving simple yoga philosophy into class so students leave feeling more at home in their bodies, grounded, and inspired to continue their practice. Susannah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and a Master of Arts degree in Secondary Education. She is a full-time cyberschool high school teacher.
