Today,

Like any day,

I invite you to concentrate on the feeling of love,

The love that grows inside you and helps you navigate this world.

If it's hard for you to tap into this feeling today with everything going on around you,

I invite you to gently close your eyes and place your left hand on your heart and the other hand on top of it.

Feel the warmth radiating from your body and traveling into your heart,

Softening it,

Opening it up,

Allowing it to expand,

Feel and grow.

That warmth in your chest,

That feeling of gratitude,

That feeling of love slowly growing and enveloping you into the softness,

Gentleness and freedom.

Freedom to do what your heart desires,

Freedom to love the way you want to love,

The freedom to be loved,

Because you deserve love and everyone around you are longing for this feeling.

This is a universal truth,

We are looking for love,

We are looking to be loved.

We are love,

We are radiating love,

We are receiving love and everything around us is love if you allow yourself to see it and feel it.

And I hope that today and every day you can bring this feeling back into your body when you need it by simply putting your hand on your heart and taking a deep long breath.

Just a small reminder that everything you do comes from your heart.
